Ministerialrat Felix Abel : Member of the Finanzministerium that sells building and collects rents and recruits people into the Finanzministerium . He is also a Co- Owner of Hampton Restaurant & Zigarren  which sells the finest cigars, food, and drinks.

Assistent Hans Hunter : He is a Judge for the Landesgericht. He listens to what the defendant and the prosecution have to say and judging on that determines whether the defendant is guilty or not.
