• Oberstleutnant Frederick von Strohiem - the Moraloffizer der 1. Kaisergarde, mainly in charge of recruiting and certification training, along with regular duties of overseeing the men, field commanding and ensuring order is kept in place at the Kaisergarde
• Oberleutnant Franz von Stroheim - the Abkommando unit / personal bodyguard of Field Marshal and Archduke Leopold Dreyfus who ensures his protection and safety.
• Obermeister Heinrich von Stroheim - an NCO within the Volkswachter that protects the Reichstag and the White Rose Coalition values.
• Polizeiuntermeister Fritz von Stroheim - an NCO within the LAPO that patrols the city ensuring the safety of the streets in Berlin
• Chan Wei - a Senior employee at Tiny China who helps run the Casino/Restaurant/Hotel Business and provides catering services to the German people.

Encouraging RDM - for joking in OOC chat about committing RDM to get staff to respond your ticket

Conscripting to Lapo - for joking about being conscripted, scraping the barrel policy and draft dodging.

to prevent from getting these warnings again next time, I would limit the jokes and focus more into the SeriousRP.

I have previous staff experience and the basic knowledge of being a staff from other WW2RP servers

Event Planner of an ex-WW2RP Server(Lycan Networks)

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

The reason that I believe I should be picked for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team is that, it has been increasingly hard and difficult to find a good Serious Roleplay server on Garry's Mod that focuses on the WW2 topic, especially after the incident that happened last year in the Garry's Mod Community which had led to many WW2RP servers shutting down, Prometheus Networks seems to be the last surviving good roleplay that revolves in the 1940's gaming experience topic. As a History fan and a dedicated member of the Prometheus Networks Community, I am passionate and wish to help out the community to continue stay, grow and prosper in the upcoming years.

Hence, I have purchased a VIP / Donator rank to help support the server financially. Additionally, to further contribute to this community, I wish to use my previous experience and knowledge as a staff member from other WW2 Roleplay Servers such as being an Event Planner at Lycan Network and Senior Moderator at Werwolf Gaming. These experiences have equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to help contribute to the Prometheus Networks Staff Team, giving a pleasant, immersive and positive roleplaying experience to the players of the community.

Furthermore, I have been a long member within the Garry's Mod Roleplay Community with over 4677 hours of playtime and over 5-6 years of Serious WW2 Roleplaying experience,  during which I have gained a lot of experience and a deep understanding of the dynamics of SeriousRP. Which I wish to continue on by keeping the game and server alive for an overall good roleplaying experience for everyone within a respectful and immersive environment. 

With the above said, I am confident that my background, combined with my dedication to help out the server, makes me a valuable candidate for the staff team. I am eager to bring my expertise and passion to Prometheus Networks Staff Team. Thank You.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

As a staff member within the Prometheus Networks Staff Team, my primary duties and responsibilities would revolve around helping the server to maintain a positive and immersive roleplaying experience and environment for all players within. This includes enforcing the server rules and guidelines to protect the community players from trolls and minges with the sole purpose of ruining the roleplaying experience of other players for their own amusement or social content, ensuring a fair play and respectful environment among the community members by eliminating any racism or sensitive content that may not only damage the public image of the community but also putting the community at risk of being blacklisted by Facepunch. Furthermore, I will also be responsible for monitoring player behaviour and addressing any issues, conflicts or complaints that may arise by other players making a ticket for a sit. Finally, I am also responsible for taking appropriate actions such as issuing notes, bans or other disciplinary measures when necessary.
