Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: 

Given my history with the game mode and my many years playing Gmod, I have learned the ideals that make a good staff member. Too many times again and again, members of the community get selected for a position on the staff team and immediately begin abusing, misusing, or neglecting their permissions. I however do not intend to repeat this flaw. 

Being a dedicated member of the community and having played Prometheus for the last 2 years, I do not wish to see it fall down the rabbit hole many servers nowadays do. Instead, I want to maintain and keep the server and the name it has built itself. Whether that may be in the small meaningless tasks like setting up someone's name and rank to one day contributing in terms of events or possibly even greater. Where many staff members see taking tickets as a chore, I see it as an opportunity to contribute and continue the servers history of providing an enjoyable and memorable experience.

 My ability to adapt to various situations paired with the gift of fast learning allows me to quickly adjust to any possible situation that may come my way, ensuring all those involved get fair treatment and a resolution to their tickets with the quality that is expected of me. Additionally, my aptness for understanding both sides of an argument is a crucial characteristic in what a staff member should be. Whereas others may leave people arguing and upset, I strive to find solutions that leave both sides satisfied.

With the ideals and teachings of remarkable staff members of the past all throughout Gmod, I can proudly and confidently say that I will be an effective member of this staff team, and ensure the continued flow and feel of the Prometheus we've all grown to love.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

To ensure the continued success of the server, assisting the community and people within it in whatever way we can. They set the basis for the server and are a major reason for what attracts people to any server. Whether it is something to do with their day to day role play like promotions, demotions, factions whitelists, etc. or a simple question about some game mechanic, a staff member is there to teach and guide a player. Along with providing the good of our roleplay experience, they keep the bad out of it. They keep those who want to disrupt the flow of roleplay like minges, RDMers or VDMers away and get rid of them to keep the server striving. Being the people many players look up to and seek guidance for, it is also extremely important that staff members maintain a positive relationship with the community, ensuring a positive interaction outside of roleplay.
