Additional Information: I was tabbed out watching something on my other monitor and I see someone come up to my car so I tab back in he says get out one time and before I even have time to react he deletes the car (not very rp friendly if he's actually trying to rp with me) so I just stand there and ask what he's doing he accuses me to be in on some kidnapping when I wasn't even playing for at least a good 5 minutes so I have no idea what he's talking about. He tells me to turn around ONE time that backs up starts talking to the other guy then turns back to me and says he doesn't have time for this and just shoots me. Not turning because he said turn one time isn't enough to kill me. I then make a ticket for rdm and he takes his own ticket and comes over to me (I wasn't aware it was a staff member until this). He comes over I said some retard killed me and he tell me it was him and basically just said I was pretending to be afk so that warrants my car being deleted and then leads to getting shot for no reason because there was really no reason in the first place to make me get out of the car. I was just making a ticket because I got rdmed and didn't know he was staff just wanted an apology from whoever did it, he didn't offer a comp or an apology for it  and just blamed it on me because I "pretended to be afk" which doesn't matter because he still rdmed one warning to turn around shouldn't be enough to kill me for breaking fear rp. If you don't have time for this as you said and rp then why engage in coming up to a random guy in his car just sitting.

Hello Krump. Thank you for taking the time to make a report.

I was on my KG character when I witnessed a kidnapping into the Baumerwerke building next to the bank; two or three suited civilians kidnapping a third one in a white outfit. Your car was sitting outside with you, also suited, in it. I tried to get some NSB to follow me and free the civilian but they lagged behind. As I went into the building to see if the kidnappers were all still there, I heard your radio go off. This gave me the impression that you were in radio contact with the kidnappers as a getaway driver. I couldn't challenge two likely armed kidnappers, so I decided to arrest you (thereby disrupting the getaway) until NSB/LaPo could arrive to help against the kidnappers. This is about when your first clip begins. I ordered you out of the car, you didn't reply, but due to the earlier radio message I believed you had sent, it appeared you were faking AFK to get out of the arrest. I chose to remove your car to access you; in hindsight I probably should've given more warning before removing the vehicle, but in light of the belief you were only pretending to be AFK it made more sense then. You then began to speak and I tried to arrest you. Because of the armed kidnappers, it was possible you were also armed and so I wanted you to stay turned away from me. You turned towards me and when I ordered you, under gunpoint, to turn around you failed to do so and were subsequently shot. The kidnappers were then killed by me and the LaPo who arrived at the end of your first video. I then got on my staff character to observe the ongoing situation at the ICC since a MRDM had occurred 15 minutes earlier at a similar situation at the LaPo station and it seemed possible again.

The situation was relatively stable and didn't seem likely to escalate, so I began to take tickets when I saw an RDM ticket. I answered it and teleported to the complainant, who was you. When I took the ticket, I didn't know whose it was or that it was from you. Your clip is cut short and doesn't include our whole discussion; you said someone killed you and I asked what happened. You described the circumstances and I replied that I was the one who killed you. You claimed it was RDM, I tried to explain the circumstances to you while making it clear that this wasn't a staff judgment on my part, merely my description of what happened. You told me you were AFK looking at your other monitor and I apologized for the killing since, with you being legitimately AFK, it was harsh.

Your second clip starts here, and I informed you that being AFK still does not make you immune to arrest and that if you are in a place where you cannot be accessed (i.e. a car) that whatever is blocking access to you can be removed. While I explained it you walked away saying you'd report me for taking my own ticket, and I told you to feel free to make another ticket for another staff member to handle.

I admit that it was harsh to remove your car so quickly, based on the misapprehension that you were only pretending to be AFK to avoid arrest. My taking your ticket wasn't indicative of an attempt to prevent your ticket being taken by someone else or to punish you; I took it because I didn't recognize your name or the circumstances (I never got your name until the ticket, and the ticket itself just said "rdm"). There was no malice in taking your ticket, and if you had requested another staff member I'd have gotten one for you. Instead, you decided to argue with me about having been killed while claiming that being AFK made you immune from the arrest, something which has never been the case.

Again, thank you for taking the time to make a report. I'm sorry that you believe my actions were intentional or rude towards you, and I'm sorry that they disrupted your experience on the server.
