Why were you banned?: I was banned due to malicious acts as whoreson said on the server, telling people he was bad at RP with nothing I was backing up, and I get was I was banned aswell, it was stupid of me to say, and if I were to be unbanned I would stick to what the server-Roleplay is about instead of making claims against the server owner. I was banned aswell for owning a server at the time named after a post-SWRP server owner by Azrael, and Major Whoreson, so I will be removing the server's current info from Revenant, and probably just start RPing on Prometheus. Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I don't really think I deserve to be unbanned, honestly. I was talking badly about the server owner and, when I realized I was getting banned, I started trolling instead of handling it maturely. Looking back on it, I know what I did was wrong. I want to sincerely apologize for my behavior. There wasn't any good reason for me to act the way I did, and I understand why the ban was placed. I let my frustration get the better of me and ended up making the situation worse. I enjoyed my time in the server, and I regret leaving things on such a negative note. I'm not trying to make excuses for what I did. I take full responsibility for it and understand why people were upset. Besides, the whole time I've seen you on the server, you've just been a minge, and you're like 12. So I can only assume that you're not particularly serious about this, after all, you didn't even ask why you were banned in the first place.

He requested I leave his police station, I did, I then grabbed a car and then drove by the police station to return to the ICC. Afterwards I was arrested and sentenced to summary execution. Why should you be un-PK'd?: The conflict of interest that I believe lays herein is that the general in question who requested a GO PK on me is a moderator (Gregorious), and is using this PK moreso as a staffing measure due to player quality. If someones being a little silly, just give them a warning for NITRP, don't PK them. Also the spy charges are very suspect because not only two days ago had I been dossiered by the NSB. Wouldn't the NSB of all people have attempted to execute me as a polish spy when I filled that out on the dossier? Would certainly be something they're looking for and something they'd be happy to do. Overall, issuing a general order PK on someone just because you don't like how they're playing the video game it becomes a staffing issue. Make it a teachable moment of "hey don't be a shithead" instead of possibly making someone jaded against the rules by killing their character for what is little more than goofy RP. FearRP means that when your character is placed in a life threatening situation such as being detained or held at gunpoint by armed military personnel your character is expected to realistically comply rather than ignore the danger entirely. While resistance can happen in roleplay, completely disregarding multiple armed warnings and continuing to resist detention falls under FearRP violations. During the incident, you were being detained/arrested by members of the military and were given several verbal warnings and repeated instructions to comply and move. Despite these warnings, you continued to resist arrest rather than cooperate with the armed personnel detaining you. Due to your continued resistance while under direct threat, lethal force was used and your character was killed. Because the death resulted from a valid roleplay scenario involving failure to comply under FearRP, the PK was considered valid and was issued afterward accordingly.

-1 made a crap 42rp server, stole prom content and then proceeded to say "prometheus larp is crap" multiple allegations that a lot of the community seems to believe for making an apology for your behaviour and then to say "but one of my actions was funny and your a commie for thinking otherwise" isn't a good look solid rp but you haven't been able to hold up a server for more than a week you literally just made a shitty revenant copy the other week you clearly haven't changed developing shitty servers

Idk if anyone will listen to my opinion, but I support this appeal with a +1. Yeah, powergaming is a big no no, but its not the worst thing to get banned for. I have spoken with him and he regrets getting a player PKed through a forged signature. This kind of thing happens more often than you think on other servers, which is why its not the worst thing. He has had time to reflect on his mistake, so I believe that Vague should be given another chance to larp on here.

I really do want to start over and truly apologize for my behavior it was unacceptable. I made a mistake by Powergaming and writing some guys signature on a document that I used to get him killed, that was a rough situation and I definitely deserved the ban from that and I want to apologize for that as well. I also was still in a server at the time that I had helped develop and that was reported hence my ban being extended to permanent. Additional Information: I played on Prometheus for roughly 2-3 years and It was a great time to come home from School and then Work to get on and RP as a Spy, that is what I miss. Being able to be a different person out of this time era, and getting into character. I enjoy seriously getting involved and doing stuff. In my time here before I was perma'd I played as the Head of Military Intelligence for like 4 months which was a really fun ark with Gator as my GFM, I played as the DRK President under Browniemeister, I made like a secret intelligence ring that stirred up alot with the military, it was very fun. But anyways as Prometheus transitions to MITHC I would like to be here for it, I bring solid RP and will always respect the rules of this server going forward. I understand if my appeal is denied, but I wanted to show that I’m wanting to come back with a better mindset and approach. Thank you for your time!
