You never mentioned this in the staff sit, the claimant said I would like to pk this guy for fearp, then I replied with there was no time given, the claimant then responded with "well you jumped over the fence and we shot you through the fence." you then responded with "I see this pretty clearly." there was no mention about my "behaviour", this is not to go against you and I thank you for agreeing the time was short. But in the sit, I do not remember any mention of this aforementioned behaviour as the PK reason, the PK reason in question was because I "jumped over the fence to escape and was shot through the fence." to my knowledge of what occurred in the sit. And in the clip, it shows that I was pushed from the fence to the outside from the gunshots not that I had manually jumped over the fence on top of the face also that the fence boosts you up. Also would like to mention, again, I had stopped and if they gave me the time to actually execute the mugging it would've completely gone through as it did with the mugging 10 minutes later after this interaction. Why should you be un-PK'd?: During the pk during my POV, guns were not raised up against me nor clear commands were made, it was pitch black and I did not see anyone have raised weapons, on top of this the stutter from in-game I didn't hear them when they said hands from their POV which even then again it was pitch black I saw not a single person and this is prevalent even in the aggressors POV where you see pitch black as well, it was only until the fence I realised I was being put under fearrp, in which I stopped at the top of the fence but I was probably given a time frame of like 1.5-2 seconds to respond till they started blasting me. I was told that apparently "I jumped over the fence and they shot me through it." and that was the main reason why it got approved. I stopped at the top of the fence, thats why I paused but the ladder is really dodgy and odd and will just randomly propel you when pressing w, on top of this I was getting blasted with 3 guns and the knockback from that also pushed me back, I wouldve fully complied if I was even given the time to respond which ironically enough I would say like 10 minutes later after this interaction, I had gotten fear rpd and mugged dry by a similar civilian gang. My main point is that fear rp was only in effect during the scene within the fence and I would say I was given like 1.5 seconds to respond in which I did just at the very last second as you see me pause in the clip before I get blasted with 3 guns and im knocked back outside of the fence and my body ends up on the other side, not that I "jumped over the fence". -1 made a crap 42rp server, stole prom content and then proceeded to say "prometheus larp is crap" multiple allegations that a lot of the community seems to believe for making an apology for your behaviour and then to say "but one of my actions was funny and your a commie for thinking otherwise" isn't a good look solid rp but you haven't been able to hold up a server for more than a week you literally just made a shitty revenant copy the other week you clearly haven't changed developing shitty servers

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: Well, considering that "annoying voice" isn't against server rules or even if it was it didn't warrant a ban, he could've easily gagged/muted me as a resolution and not just immediately ban me for 2 weeks. I feel personally I should not be banned for this, as one from my knowledge an annoying voice isn't against server rules plus what warrants an annoying voice is personal opinion and even it would definitely not warrant a 2 week ban, at most like a one day mute/gag. Thats why i have the following screenshot, I used an alt because I didn't want to have to delete one of my characters in order to go and do this or get IC consequences. I had gotten banned permanently for racism without a warning or a sit. I didn't read for how long on my alt, but a bit later on my main account, I looked to see how long the ban was for by signing into prom, but I forgot that I had not been logged into the right account, so the console had banned me permanently due to me logging in under the same IP as a banned account, so if there is anything I can do to make amends, I will. I am just trying to get unbanned from this because I want to be able to get back in touch with all my friends on here. If there are any questions for me i will answer them promptly.
