Yes, I was the one who PKed you here. I got a video showing you with your Gendarmie jumping into a truck and trying to flee while the Heer and luftwaffe had guns on you and were telling you to stop and get out. You were the driver and were definitely close enough to hear them screaming at you, telling you that you are being detained, but you proceeded to try to drive away. The point you made about the clip cutting off before you could here him saying "that was a PK" from what i could see the clip was exactly 1 minute long so the cut didnt look malicous it just looked like he made a 1 min long clip and your guy was adiment he had a clip showing it then went to check spent 5 mins tabbed out and comes back to say he doesnt have any clip which seemed a bit odd to me.

One afternoon me and a bunch of buddies start a gmod lan party and we are looking for servers to go on. Thing is most of my friends are using some of my steam accounts. These accounts are within my "steam family". Now At some point at some account I did use an ALT. Now the original ban reason I have no clue as I was banned too long ago to remember. I am sorry for the trouble and chaos me and my friends caused that evening. However the fact of the matter is this server was just that good to play on and that is why I am appealing my ban. I have full intention of following the rules if I get unbanned. However if you dont unban I understand. I used to play typhon and I never got banned there! That is a fact! So if you believe in second chances, please unban me

All of the Gendarmerie there and many members of the army could testify that he did say this. I reasonably thought I could get out of the situation in the truck, as we were clearing quite a bit and there were a lot of members of the MOI coming to assist us. I also don't think this was a last resort, as the military could've just shot the tires and we would've been immobilized. Additional Information: The Luftwaffe General's clip cuts off right before the black screen for us, which was when he shouted PK. (If any of you have clips, I'd appreciate it a lot if you dropped them in the comments here)

you know what he gave us context about this he says if its locked and nobody comes and lets him out or shoot him in a humanly matter i say we decrese the ban by 3.7 weeks but enough time for him to learn to speak more then BEAST MODE. This is my statment i am going to go drink now +1

I when which go confront my friend in the feld and ask why is Oberst is allowing crimes to happen on his watch and commiting them himself with in this talk a feld NCO states that a tan suited soldier stole my pistol in which we return to the bender block and confront the obesrt and the soldiers. In short the oberst goes on to state random stuff but mainly ask the question "why did i request the entire Gebirgsjäger for a pistol." this is what is seen in the clip above to note i had called in the Gebirgsjäger stating feld are illegaly arresting people and we are needed. My actions wasn't over a pistol it was for the safety of the heer and citizens. But he states this in the clip showing metagaming that he used his access to my channel to gain power of the issue.
