the way you described that potential for a staff interaction is exactly how most staff sits go in my experience, not that I'd be like that myself I don't intend on using my mic very often if I am made staff, unless people just keep yelling and I need to shut people up for a second, but I usually type as staff so people can see without misunderstanding or mishearing me when I tell them what the case is and how they can handle it if somebody got RDM'd, showed me a clip and it was legitimate, the first thing I would do is comp that person, ask them to be quiet and let me handle the RDMer, copy RDM'ers steam ID, bring him to the sit room and see how he conducts himself; from there two things can happen; 1. I punish the RDMer based on if he was disrespectful, shooting in the staff room or RDM'd the victim again (beginning with looking at his notes first), if he LTAPs it gets worse for him 2. I talk to the RDMer about what he did, tell him not to do that again, tell him how to avoid a situation like that if necessary and note him if it felt like an intentional thing, or ban him if he had a history.

being forced to argue my integrity over how I sound isn't fun, and looking at accepted applications led me to believe the better choice is not to fill the gaps with empty words you cannot find everything out you want to know about me in 150 or 300 words, maybe if you asked for specific things like the benefits and downsides or a more linear method we might actually get somewhere, but I feel like it would be incredibly inflated to force in a hundred or two hundred more words than necessary and within my nature, you guys know how I talk, and I can talk plenty, the issue is if I have nothing to work on I'll end up blabbering about worthless details or superficial things about how I would act as a staff membere as for the lack of understanding, the only things I do not understand are how you guys can see it fit to choose subjectively what is or is not against the rules based on how you feel and what you had for lunch, I would much rather a solid, set standard for how to treat players both based on their past as well as what they're doing in the moment, which in my experience as staff on historia and other ww2 servers has led to a rather long healthy career until the owners fuck up really badly or decide not to listen to me when I tell them to ban certain individuals that are an open problem for the server, and even when that happens I don't crash out, I just stop playing, I do not have the energy for that kind of stuff, I'm either here for you or I'm gone also, the GOLDEN rule about staff and understanding their say; what UA says goes, disagreement is not a factor in how you play, it's only a feeling

The confidence is admirable, however the 450 words total, is a very lenient bare minimum, it should not be difficult to reach, it is your way to convince us why you deserve to be a member of our staff team, a position which gives you the ability to greatly affect the server. Furthermore, I'd highly suggest you do not take such a argumentative stance regarding those who are given you feedback, our staff team have pointed out some very valid points and I'd suggest taking it in your stride. You lack a community presence which I can agree upon, myself not knowing you included. And you have left yourself open with the limited application with the very very informal, application, our staff team are expected to show a certain level of professionalism. How would a member of our community react if you took a RDM ticket for example and claimed "Nah yeah shit it was just bullshit you were killed". I do understand where you are coming from, but certain standards are expected. I'd suggest changing your outlook in your application. Good luck.

I’ll just go through each point, it will be very simple and brief: Low effort into the application, not even meeting the basic requirements. You do well in a niche part of roleplay and within Ouroboros, but I doubt you have an understanding of the rules from the perspective of a staff member. Also, Looking at it rationally, I wouldn’t want someone to take my ticket who forces a voice! This isn’t to bash you, I’m looking at this from a common view. That’s all.

you type like a fifth grader and your argument sounds kind of weak being that you haven't even figured out what these petty and stupid shits are, I've made mistakes and I'm owning up to them here but then I get dogged on for it in manners like this where I just want to try helping you guys out for once that being said, the initial attitude of staff members in general is usually what pushes the mood for other staff to act in line with, so I'll say you effectively chose the outcome by being low effort on your own and not really giving a fuck about the context or potential for even letting me be a trial mod, having been in this server since the literal start and done quite a bit to open the roleplay as it is right now, but not in ways I can say without metagame

I appreciate the feedback myself, but no, not all accepted staff have reached the 150 word limit let alone the 300 word limit, I feel like they're remnants of the past that we can really move on from if we want a practical outlook on who's applying for staff I'm not a lazy staff member, I don't just dismiss people's behavior, and the point of my application being so short is to get to the point already, I'm not 150 or 300 words interesting, I'm telling you how simple my role would be as staff and the point in doing as I do, and I swear I'll do it well enough that you won't care how short this application is

I believed that the LOOC was the man detaining me, and because of that I didnt believe him, I thought that pks could only happen from IC events involving death. As to why I was trying to flee, no guns were pointed at me in that process, so I fail to see how that was not valuing my life. If I didnt value my life, then why was I actively trying to not be killed?

Hello, I am the staff member that PKd you. I was made aware that first off, you were advertising while tied. ( Evidence is attached here : ( ) After I was made aware, I came over to access the situation. I then informed you of this via chat "[LOOC] rose: Just so you're aware, advertising while tied is a PKable offence." Shortly after this you proceeded to follow up with "[LOOC] Mark Mankowitz ll: oh fuck off" . You then after being informed you were going to be shot on a firing line, proceeded to cry out that you were innocent. Numerous times you attempted to flee, even while stuff in cuffs and was overall not valuing your life by making these decision. You were of course. brought to a post and shot.

i think it should be that once a week you will get a your fraction of a share that you own and so does everyone and i think only you can buy 30k worth of stocks every 3 day so it stays a blanced so nobody cant fuck with it also you could have events from it like a war ship has gone down and stock in german water INC has lost 28% stocks something like that

Hello Karl, glad you managed put in an appeal. As you stated you were pked for a violation of fear Rp guidelines, you were outside the Reichstag when your friend was detained by around 3-4 police officers, you then choose to attempt to rescue him, dragging him away, as you were interfering with their arrest, the police officers then attempted to detain you as well placing you under direct gunpoint, shortly after they attempted to surround and detain you, you then decided to pull out your weapon while being outnumbered ultimately resulting in you being shot and killed. Pulling out the weapons while being surrounded and being ordered to stop moving by a superior force shows a disregard for your characters safety, hence why were pked Hope this helps clear up any possible confusion, Good luck with the appeal.
