His daily duties include close protection to the Consul, Vice consul, district leader and other members of GPA command and assisting in the training of new members into the guard. Haptfeldwebel Reiner Hertzog: An NCO within the Kaisergarde, his job is recruitment into the kaisergarde ranks and making sure new NCOs and enlisted know what their duties are and what is expected of them moving forward. His other duties include protection of the Pantheon and the members who reside inside and guarding important meetings such as the federal council meeting when required. How long have you been roleplaying?: Ive been roleplaying since 2016 and have been apart of Prometheus since 2020. Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: I received a permanent ban during the end of February but I was given another chance. To prevent that ban I would have simply not MRDM to try to make a few friends laugh at the time. I have corrected this behaviour by formally apologising and promised it will not happen again. I have one note for RDM I believe in 2024 for shooting a lapo member. I have had no notes or bans since the situation in February. Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? I currently do not have any staff experience on either Gmod or the nutscript gamemode but I am applying so I can get that experience and learn how to do the job correctly. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: The reason I want my application to be accepted and join the staff steam team is because I am always open to any form of feedback and criticisms about myself or the way I handle things. I am willing to listen and learn to do my job to the best of my ability and improve myself in areas that may be lacking. A good staff member should be able to inform and correct players of undesirable behaviour and assist them in understanding the rules better so everyone involved may have a more pleasant and welcoming roleplay experience. I wish to to join the staff team to help with tickets during peak hours and times with lower player counts, as a European player myself, it will be easier for me to assist during the "minge hours". I have been a member of the community since 2020 and have been an active member since then. I believe I have characteristics beneficial to the staff team, such as, being able to connect better with players and find solutions to problems a player may have. A good staff member should be able to talk calmly to an individual to get to the root of an issue and rather than jumping straight to a punishment, inform and educate the person instead. I am a person who likes to forgive and give a second chance to people who genuinely do not understand something and can be firm with those players who intentionally disrupt roleplay and ruin the experience for others. I believe I have a good grasp of most servers rules to help me enforce them and achieve this goal. [150 Words or more]: A staff member is required to get a certain amount of tickets per week, which I believe is roughly 30 tickets and will be warned and/or punished if not reaching this quota. Staff members must remain professional and respectful to every member of the community so they are able to maintain good community relations with the players. Part of this role is to make sure that the roleplay and community remains fair and fun for everybody and educate, inform and potentially punish if the situation deems it necessary. My job may also entail answering support tickets where a player might have a simple rule or roleplay question that they need clarification on or addressing any rule violations. Our job is to be calm, respectful and patient towards all players, new and old, who may need us. I understand upholding all these values both in character and out is the utmost important and that my actions reflect not only upon myself but the whole team. Members of staff are the example for all community members to follow and should act accordingly. He along with his brother are striving to be model soldiers within Baumer’s army. His main daily duties consist of doing recruiting runs, maintaining law within the confines of the military, doing logistical work such as field interview’s, dossiers, and confessions. Inspektor John Patriot: A member of the Ministry of Procurements who sells weapons at a good price, he works hard to meet his quota and sell weapons. He specializes in all types of munitions from the simple Mauser C96 all the way to the high powered MG42. He strives to offer weapons to the forces that defend Germany. I have seen many things occur in this server and have met many great people who have made me grow to love the game mode and its community. I have a drive to help the server and improve the role-play experience for others. Another reason I believe I can be an excellent addition to the team is the skills I can bring to the staff team. One of my favorite things to do on this server is talk to people. One thing you must have as a member of the staff team is clarity. This is one of the many skills that I maintain actively. Another one of my skills is my work ethic; I have grown quickly on characters like John Patriot. . This, I believe, shows my work ethic, and I think I can use that work ethic to both promote a good role-play experience and also show a sense of quality in the staff team. Another great quality I have is the ability to think rationally. I am not one who is quick to get angered by minges or people of such quality. This is a NECESSITY when it comes to someone on the team, as your position requires you to think clearly and without things affecting you, such as prejudice. Adding to my list of qualities, I am extremely quick to learn. I am willing to do whatever to learn something new. Adding to my ability to think rationally, I am able to take criticism. I believe it is important to be open to critique to be able to improve. I believe that all these qualities that describe me truly show that I am a more than qualified candidate to join the staff team. I also want to become staff to help deal with toxicity within the OOC chat and help speed up the ticket times. [150 Words or more]: A staff member may have simple duties and responsibilities that just entail having to change someone into a faction using /charsetmodel or helping someone who has just joined the server and is asking a simple question like, " How do I join the military?" But sometimes it can involve a more serious situation such as a PK where they have to review evidence, check documents, and verify that all of this is according to the many guidelines that they enforce or a situation where someone. As previously mentioned in the last section, staff members are to present themselves in a professional manner. This includes not having prejudice, talking clearly and concisely, and being ready to be of service to those who request your help. Overall, a staff member's duty is to present a friendly and equal role play environment that all server members can enjoy, as well as a representation of the staff team's ability to handle situations that may occur on the server. If you are not ready to present that pleasant experience then you have truly failed as a member of staff. The duties are to be unbiased at all times when taking tickets or dealing with anything.

I want to start by fully acknowledging my past behavior of minging and not taking the server seriously. I understand this was disruptive to the community. I take full responsibility for my actions and the negative impact they had. Prometheus Networks stands out to me because of its immersive setting and the effort put into creating a high quality roleplay environment. I regret not treating it with respect. With this appeal, I want to sincerely promise that if I'm given another chance, I will take my role seriously and stay within the bounds of what’s expected. I’ve taken time to reflect, and I understand that contributing positively is the only way forward if I’m allowed back.
