Since then I've realised how fun this server actually was when I wasn't being an a*s. I understand my permanent ban fully I just wanted to appeal for a potential unban and absolutely guarantee without a doubt my full cooperation with the staff and the server rules. I just wanted to ask for a last chance as I did really enjoy my time on the server and now around 6 months later I would really like to carry on participating in it as a fully devoted member. Any discrepancy detected by staff from my actions going forward if I was to be unbanned, I will take with full responsibility but I can reassure that none will happen. I apologise for my previous behaviour and for any justification I tried to provide. Additional Information: Thanks for taking the time to review this, I'm sure any decision made will be the best. Former Senior Moderator on Prometheus Networks Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I will say, I was a former Senior Moderator here and that could just be my full application there if I was lazy, but I am not and regonize that 8 months ago is a pretty damn long time ago to be waving that around, so I have quite some reasons why I would be a good staff member and should be chosen for the staff team. I know what my role and permissions would be and would be able to be caring and a good role model for members of the community, as that's a task of a staff member. Not just to lead in their staff duties in moderation, but in community engagement and set a good example for newer members who are interested in joining this server. I also know how to properly and effectively execute my task in any sort of ticket that opens, from promoting or putting a recruit in, to having to oversee an RDM case, I know how to effectively and caringly handle situations. And finally, I can realistically be active whenever possible. Overall, my reasons for being picked to be apart of the staff team is while I not only have the proper experience to serve on the team, I can also learn and be able to work effectively and reasonably to help this server grow and it's image grow, which is a very important part of what should be looked for in a staff member and is exactly what I have to be an effective member of the team and do my part properly. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: There are many duties and responsibilites of a staff member and moderator, adminstrator, and UA on the prometheus staff team. One of them is to be a positive outreach and influence on the community. A staff member is not just supposed to be a rule enforcer, they are supposed to be a role model and someone who can be reached out to and members can feel comfortable knowing that their concerns and issues will be heard with care and the right attitude. Also, they are to be not just tough but FAIR. Not overly harsh, not overly soft. They are to have impartial judgement and give honest assessments with the situation so that a proper ruling can be handed down, as every situation is different. Sometimes a staff member needs to admit that they are conflicting with interest, and give that ticket and case to a fairer member. Overall, staff duties and responsibilites come in different shapes, but I believe this a proper assessment as to what my job would be should I get accepted for what I am applying for.

Possibly one of and if not one of *the* best WW2RP server I've ever played on. It's a humble experience for everyone new and old, as things change constantly within Berlin. RP is always fun and the memories you make can last a long time. Over 10 years myself will surely do that for you.

Previously was brought to a sit by elite for a pk which was justified. Every part of this situation was done with RP, at no point was there trolling, me just being a nuisance, etc, there was a group of lapo, and civis that had run into the base trolling members of the military purposely being annoying, instead of me making a ticket on this i decided to kick them out of the base within RP, the military officers with no back bone also joined in with the trolls because there was nothing else they could do, i told everyone to get out of the icc, in which they did not, and i gave them plenty of time to, i opened fire, continued out of the airfield in which they were still in my path trolling, instigating, tying me, etc, i told a fella if he attempts to tie me again i will open fire, he then tried to tie me again and i gave him a couple love taps to the head in which he died, i said if anyone else aims a gun at me i will fire upon them. At no point did i mass rdm, i killed mass amounts of ppl, but all in RP, from what i know the clips don't even show any context besides me shooting, but its not like i would know since i never got informed of me being banned, and at no point did i commit NITRP, because at no point was i trolling or not rping, literally the whole situation was based of rp and me kicking trolls out, in which i did with giving them many chances, i had never just opened fire unless i had incredibly good reason to believe i was going to be shot, the only situation where i could even imagine someone would think is RDM is when i was running out the airfield after a gunfight and a military officer that was pretty much rouge had cut me off with his gun out making a attempt to arrest me. There was a moment where elite and augustus had froze me when i was telling kg to get out with them at gun point after i had shot a officer of the lapo who had refused to get out after i gave them more then 8 seconds to leave, which was apparently RDM. A different situation where a military officer was attempting to make a arrest on me for wtv reason, i gunned him down, but i guess thats rdm to! To sum it up, Fear RP isnt a ooc rule, NLR, was never broken as i was the one approached each time. NITRP was never committed because the whole time it was literally based off a rp situation of the lapo and civis being inside with rouge military cos supporting them, in which i kicked them out, then they tried to detain me, and i fought back, MRDM was also never committed because i had justification for killing anybody that i did, and any clips that show me shooting people must not show the context to it, and if at any point rdm was committed it was not in mass a purely a mistake based on the high tense situation. Additional Information: Overall this situation was handled poorly by Elite and in no way do i deserve a ban nevertheless a 5 day ban, and its to the point where the dude had to slap on Fear RP just to make it look more justified. Also note i have no previous offenses and when in a call with elite after the fact he refused to provide any clips until i make the report because he doesn't know what situation I'm talking about even though i made contact with him 3 minutes at the most after the situation. Which has made it hard to provide a sufficient statement as i don't know what specific situation he is referring to. If any ban is deserved, its not 5 days worth.

Hi. I explained this in Dm's to you about 6 times. You are warned about deleting your character. The fact that you immediately decided to delete your character before anything else is your fault. Next time, do not delete your character. Start anew.
