Hello, I was the staff member who banned you. To clarify, I watched you and your friend run up to three different individuals in front of the bank, you screaming, "LET ME SEE YOUR ID." All three individuals were given less than half a second to process what you were blabbering about before executing them in the street. I reviewed your POs and believed this was an appropriate judgment. Another UA will review this.

Shepherd, a great friend. I can attest that he really was remorseful, feeling a deep sorrow for the pain he brought upon the community. Moments after finding out his fate, he ran into a vc call with myself for a shoulder to cry on. Of course, being a good friend, I allowed him to (excessively) trauma dump to me. This community member is deserving of a returned place in this server. I know he will fill his voids of darkness with light and repair his bonds which may have been severed. I wish nothing more than to see my sweet friend Shepherd make a comeback as a roleplayer, and as a great guy to have a fun time with in the server. +1, please bring him back!

Thank you for taking the time to apologise for what you did. For full transparency of the situation, here is a brief recap: A member of the NSB was being held in the BB cells. You were told twice to leave the area, as there was no reason for a Panzer Enlisted to be there at the time. You lost your temper after this, and killed almost everybody in the cells at the time (~10 people present). You privately messaged me after this, informing me that you lost your temper due to personal issues that had very recently happened, which I acknowledge. However, you have had three recent infractions, two for prop misuse and this one you are apologising for. Personally, I would be in favour of shortening the ban rather than fully removing it, as I believe a break from the server would do you some good. This would be in order to help you overcome the personal issues you have experienced and take what I believe to be a necessary break. Another member of UA will make a decision on this appeal.

Hi. I issued your flag blacklist. You tried to defend yourself by claiming it was downtime, which is not a valid excuse. Furthermore, you were prop blacklisted previously and you got your perms back on the 28th of May! That's less than a week ago! Then, a day before I blacklisted your prop perms, I saw you in the Kaisergarde Lichterfelde abusing them again to block people in, etc. I decided to let that one go, because it was quite early and it was in a secluded spot. But overall, from what I've seen from you, you really need to be more careful. I don't think you should get your prop perms back any time soon, because you just continuously abuse them. Also, you clearly knew what you were doing. You flinged the car very purposefully.
