Thank you for taking the time to create a PK Appeal. Whilst I understand your frustration due to the prior prop-push situation, you were simply asked by the LAPO to pay a fine. It could have been resolved, however, you chose to actively evade whilst being told to stop, further pulling your weapon under gunpoint which led to your death. Explain why your flags should be unblacklisted: i have built many great things on this server from vault-tec bunkers, casinos, custom office builds, etc. I would like to contrbute more by building fun hings that benefit roleplay and when i was flag banned it was not for disrupting a rp scenario it seemed to be quickly without explanation as I was not even brought in for a sit. Hi, I was the staff overwatching the PK, approved by Slug. From what I was told the PK was already approved on you and deemed allowed for what you had done, and the only why you'd be able to appeal is on how they killed you. Sadly, I do not have a clip but what occurred was he was taken from the Cells to the Interrogation room and confronted by the Lapo Chief in this conversation the Lapo chief stated he was going to die, they then transported him in a civilian truck with a civilian car behind it to the outskirts of Berlin near summerhall where he was put on a wall and firing lined by the Landespolizei. In my opinion from what I was told "He' gotta at least rp it out a bit, let him know he's gonna die, etc. If he just runs up and kills him in the cells in 5 seconds he'll be able to pk appeal pretty easily" the PK is valid and has opened up the Lapo chief to get PKed back from the Kaisergarde due to the amount of witnesses that could come forward.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I feel as if this Pk is unreasonable on the consistent basis that I was stuck inside the ICC, I had no chance of leaving because they would aim weapons at me and demand to detain me for whatever reason. I felt no matter what that Randy ICE would have me PK because of his belligerent actions for a whole two hours. He stated the reason for me to die was working with the military. It wasn't even that, I was hiding inside because they wanted to detain and kill me. This whole situation for Dirt PK is unreasonable, especially since I just wanted to be left alone. I just wanted to be in the LF but no, blocking me there having his men in the Lapo aim their weapons at me. He abused the lack of manpower from the server. The moment I left the ICC to go back I was immediately detained. I told Gestez why I was hiding in the ICC and told him because he was trying to kill me and detain me. He didn't seem to care. I don't know if he knew I wrote a Witness Statement. I just sort of said I don't want to die and didn't want to come with him. I legitimately just got Hauptmann in the Kaisergarde that day

That's actually likely a +1, he's just a chudling. He wouldn't do me dirty like this.

Quick update, I've found out my latest ban reason and I wanted to specify that it was incredibly stupid of me and that I am sorry. I take full accountability for that, I should've read the rules and known that what I did severely broke one of them. Thank you all for your time, and have a good rest of your day.

hi @Slug I do understand as a major i should understand it. i somewhat understood the PK guidelines before i read over them again and i did understand the rules and i did re read them again over again. for PK i wasn't planning on PKing anyone or having getting someone pk'ed. I read the rules. Granted if i didn't know what fear rp was at the time i should've looked it up and understood it at the time. But obviously a lesson was learned and i know what i shouldn't of done and know how to better approach the situation next and i would like to have another chance with my character if that is possible since i now have a better understanding of pk guidelines and fear rp

Hi @Rz Chase Please understand that PKs are not OOC punishments, they are IC effects of your character willingly putting themselves in a situation where they do not value their own life and dying as a result. Getting all the way up to the rank of Major and having absolutely no knowledge of our PK guidelines or rules regarding FearRP is a bit concerning. Please take some time to read up on our rules & PK guidelines. As stated in the PK Guidelines, "The only way to gain access to said character is to appeal the PK and have it accepted under the pretense the PK did not follow PK guidelines.". We appreciate the apology, but in terms of server rules you did not do anything wrong. Your character did not value their own life as they were held at gunpoint and chose to run, resulting in their death. This being said, I will keep this appeal up for a while longer to allow for any other parties involved to comment if they so wish.

Yes i do understand it know and i realize now it was mistake and i have learned from my mistake. I should also be Un-pk'd because i made a genuine mistake during an rp situation. I am not denying that i didn't do it If i had known it would be fear rp during that situation i would not have ran away in the first place when i was held at gunpoint. If there is anything i need to do if my appeal gets approved i will gladly do it. Even if it means reading the rules over a couple times so i can understand it better after doing research on it myself. Additional Information: I have not been in any other trouble in the server. I have no server bans or any warnings besides this one pk i am trying to get appealed. i understand almost of the failrp, rdm, vdm, etc. But did not understand and i genuinely did not know fear rp was actually a thing and that it existed. However, he wasn't on at the time of PKing so he didn't have a chance to defend himself, after he joined back he made a ticket and showed me the clip, and honestly with it I dont think I would of issued the PK because he shouldnt of ended up in the situation, however he still knowingly broke fearrp so im leaving it up to the UA to decide.
