-1 You initiated a gunfight and lost. As a police officer you are expected to respond with the appropriate level of force. Typically in this scenario you are expected to roleplay it out by ramming his car until its essentially immobile and putting him at gunpoint. Nobody was run over, yet you made the decision to get out of the car and shoot at a military officer. I personally do not see how this is a PK bait either. All he does is he rams your car. This was a scenario where calling for backup and cornering the car would've been more than possible, resulting in their detention without having to PK anyone. You were rammed by a military officer whilst in a car and you took a risk despite having the option to apprehend the vehicle and arrest both men (could literally just exit the vehicle and point at both passengers and that would be FearRP, you have the numbers to do so), and lost your life as a result of that risk.

I can see where you’re coming from with this suggestion, but I think it’s worth weighing the other side. The Benderblock is already a defensive stronghold. It’s difficult to crack, having 2 funnel entrances, even with just the few factions that already spawn there. If Feldjäger were also spawning there, it would consolidate too much manpower into one area, making it nearly impossible for opposing factions to launch meaningful raids or civil war pushes. The current spawn setup—while not perfect—at least forces the armed forces to spread out and defend multiple points. Yes, the Heer/Feld spawn can be vulnerable with a single ladder if attackers play it right, but that vulnerability is part of what keeps balance during uprisings. Without it, the attacking factions would have little chance of contesting the military, and civil wars could stall out before they really get going.

You just admitted to breaking the rules. It is within the discretion of our staff members to select punishment as they deem fit. Considering your punishment history, a week ban is not an 'inappropriate punishment'. Dispute appeals are meant for disputing the ban itself (i.e. the ban never should have happened because you didn't break the rules); however, you did break the rules which makes this dispute invalid. Your right in that i was still technically IC. Guess I'm just trying to say is this shouldn't warrant a out right PK since this was a small issue as i was also not intentionally trying to fail fear rp by not going up a ladder since i wasn't there OOC. I don't mind paying any fines and such IC as would be needed for just not having a mining license.
