Hello, I am the staff member that banned you. I had took a ticket from 2 members of the feldjagers, they had stated that a panzer, has killed them multiple times without interaction. This was you, I confirmed in logs, and while speaking to them, you out of nowhere ran up to them and started beating them, these are not members of the landespolizei, its members of the military police. After checking your notes, you have a extensive record of similar situations. In what world would it make sense to attack two armed feldjagers on sight every time you see them. Lets say you managed to believe that they were truly lapo, you still wouldnt be justified in anything you've done. You should never kill people on sight for confronting you, or for "trespassing" Youve dealt with the system so many times, yet keeping making mistakes like this. i have no issue with you being able to PK people. but at the time you had 3 full pages of headshots. you also were able to jump around in the corner shoot 8 people not missing a single shot. moving forward if your going to be involved in PKs they must be overwatched by UA. Approved (PS. you don't need to go to the community manger saying haven't responded to a dm it was 2 hours and i actually have a life.)

During the raid I was able to flank and get the jump on them from behind and I managed to kill all of them in the process. I was then brought into a sit by Lawson after I made my own ticket, who accused me of cheating and PK banned me. So I'm no longer allowed to PK people anymore. Why should you be un-PK'd?: From what I've been provided personally in the sit which was very short, the evidence used against me was primarily reliant on combat logs that showed a large amount of headshots with two other hits on the chest and legs on one of the raiders. No other evidence was provided however to support the claim (eg. clip, recording, or any direct proof other than logs). I believe the conclusion in the sit was reached too quickly based solely on the logs, especially considering the circumstances of the firefight where I had the advantage of surprise and positioning, alongside using the thirdperson meta back when the crosshair command was a thing before it's recent removal from the game to pretty much negate the recoil (which allowed me to get easier hits). Because of this, I would like to appeal the PK ban and request that the situation be reviewed again. Additional Information: I'm happy to provide any explanations or answer questions regarding this matter. I have also been told to move the appeal here.

I am then given a confession where it only says trespassing in the charges. I signed the document after denial at first but then a lot of consideration. I was released by someone and was later brought back the next day for the same matter because I was released and not killed. I was shown the document from the previous day and the charge of espionage was added to the document which wasn’t there before I signed it. I was then given a plea deal which was death and save everyone’s time which I then accepted because it was a losing battle. Why should you be un-pk’d?: powergaming, they added another charge to the confession document after the fact that I had signed it. Additional information: When I signed the doc it only had trespassing charges, yesterday it had trespassing and espionage, today it says subversion of state security and espionage

Zonnenblume (Frirdrich Steiner) here, I can confirm this gentleman was indeed taking part in the RP and very good at that. He has always been a super friendly man, and seems he has made an unfortunate mistake. I can vouch that he has always been cordial and due to him having taken a really long break, as well as him being new, that I believe this was an honest mistake. It is clear that he will have to be taught on the entry policy as well as going about other ways to deal with trespassers, but those are efforts I am willing to go through with him as he hopefully joins us in the Luftwaffe.
