This includes assisting players with questions, concerts or reports that any have submitted or asked, enforcing server guidelines in a fair, non-biased, consistent, and professional manner. A Staff member is tasked with investigating situations before making an ultimate decision, gathering evidence, listening to all parties involved, and making any disciplinary actions even if the parties you are dealing with have a close relationship, or personal opinions with. It's important to remain calm, and consistent, and professional when dealing with combative, or confrontational players. Communication with other staff members is vital for teamworking, and mutual communication so that there is zero confusion across the board. I was not very smart of me to think leaving the game to avoid arrest was a smart idea, when i was playing before I got banned I saw a few other players join the server with an alt account when there primary one was intraoble or bot banned so I decide to try it as well but now i find it to be a really bad idea. I have learned from my actions and plan on being better. Additional Information: I was being arrested for being a pole in the army.

On one random evening I was playing on a CO character and hanging around with some enlisted, I don't remember much of the instance but I know a huge argument was going on about whether someone was trespassing or not, I was kind of just standing around and watching the enlisted argue which I know was a mistake on my part for not controlling the situation as a CO, at that point in time I did not want to be involved with whatever was going on. It started getting out of hand so some people got banned and the argument was put to a stop. After that I'm aware that the same group of people started harassing the server owner and UA in the Prometheus discord server, I didn't have anything to do with that but mostly everyone got banned from the discord server and gmod server including me. I acknowledge and apologize for my mistake of not handling the IC situation properly but the whole discord server thing was out of my hands and not related to me. I enjoy playing on this server and hope I can get unbanned, there is a lot I've wanted to do RP wise and hope I can get another shot at the server with a new clean slate. I'm Not sure why, tho as in the appeal I made instead of addressing any of my points, he decides to bring up that I "dont care about playing and just want to kill everybody" which is just flat out untrue. Earlier that same day I and the other 91st had been guarding the general as he went to victory hall. He then brings up the fact that the vast majority of the 91st honer guard, who either got banned or fucked from a GOD MODE admin who was involved in a active RP interaction and in fact was the one who engaged the interaction itself, decided to shit on aforementioned GOD MODE admin. While not the nicest, it has nothing to do with the ban for MRDM. He then mentions the name of the clip I used which is also unrelated to the topic. The only thing even seemingly related to the topic at hand was this "I am unsure on what you dont understand that in a situation where you were all retards and it was being addressed you gun down EVERYONE in the clip". I'm unsure of what he does not understand, When someone in one of the highest ranked positions (From an RP perspective) says that and I will once more quote " I think we do a Purge, I think we're gonna start doing a purge now. Ah lets see, It was mostly the Goldstein people so I think probably we start with them, I think they're gonna die". With SS at his back and a few MPs would not be considered an "active threat" the rules literally say "There are two types of threats, an 'Active Threat' and an 'Idle Threat'. Players may kill for an active threat, but they may not kill for an idle threat. The difference between the two is SITUATIONAL". And for any who say that I was not a Goldstein so I'm not at mortal risk. He said "we start with them, I think they're gonna die" which obviously imply's purge=death and that hes only starting with them so everyone including me was at risk of immanent death. In the end its insane that the same guy that banned us (not me directly but also sorta me) is the same guy who is GOD MODE in the clip. And then he denies my Appeal and sends me here. This ban is for hurting feelings not MRDM. TBH I don't even know why I'm bothering with this as I'm reporting the guy who handles the reports and has already demonstrated that he is corrupt and will abuse his position as an admin in game or the community manager in the forums.
