After reading this appeal and reviewing the clips / screenshots its clear why you we're banned, you have extensive PO's for both LTAP / LTARP and the screenshot clearly shows the slur that got you banned, so for these reasons you're appeal is: Denied.

The moderator position grants permission to handle tickets for player disputes while maintaining rule enforcement such as RDM,VDM,NITRP,LTAP. Moderators possess authority to grant permadeaths on civilians while monitoring these cases but they cannot approve or monitor any other permanent death requests without permission from senior staff members. The server requires staff members to maintain active participation while demonstrating dedication to the server and showing knowledge of rules and maintaining the required number of tickets each week. Staff members need to maintain excellent community standing through their server and forum participation. Staff members need to demonstrate proper roleplay behavior on the server because they serve as examples for new staff members to follow and to show new players the standard level of roleplay that is expected. However, more than all of this I think the most important thing for staff is common sense.

What I said was wrong and I accept that and I'm sorry for it. Making the comment of "homie got slimed" was out of proportion, especially on a sensitive topic regarding someones life. The comment I made was said to sorta lighten the mood, the thought didn't cross my mind at that very moment of the comment I was making and how bad it was. It came out wrong and didn't come across in the way I meant it. I see how it looks and the view of it is very disgusting, and I would like to apologise formally for this comment. While I made the comment I was playing Hell Let Loose, not entirely making me aware of how bad the situation was and how sensitive the topic was. My opinion on the situation is not in any ways against the victim or anything of the sort. I respect the man who was shot, and I hope he has a safe recovery. I don't know how else to rephrase how bad I feel already for what I said. Looking at what actually happened makes my stomach sink and gives me the grasp on what you guys have a valid reason to not respect or like me.
