The feldmarshall comes outside the base and tells us to leave which was no problem. We began to leave and got into our car and then the Feldmarshall ordered us to be detained. The military started swarming us, I radio in the Military is detaining us. They then immediately open fire after 5 seconds. One guy apparently had spammed a message in chat saying not to use radio, which I did not see. I also was radioing as he was saying it. I believe there are multiple rules and precedent that you have to give reasonable time for you to react. I also was not alone and inside a vehicle which makes it less justifiable to say I was 'risking my life' by radioing in. Overall this PK was poorly handled and the RP situation was basically over as we were leaving, as the feldmarshall told us to. There was literally no reason to detain us either. Thank you for writing an apology. That's a good start, but honestly, it feels like you're downplaying your actions and not fully taking accountability. Saying things like "Only killed 2 people" and defending your reasoning makes it come off like a half apology, half justification. Just because someone from your faction is being detained does not mean you can sit on a roof and gun everyone down. You're expected to engage, roleplay, and assess the situation, not shoot first and ask questions later. Shooting into a crowd, killing people, including your faction member whom you were trying to "rescue" without any interaction, is MRDM. Also, when I pulled you to a sit to discuss the situation, I was not planning on banning you. I was going to educate you on the rules. But when I asked you why you did it, you didn't really give me an answer, and then said something along the lines of "because it was based". This came off as you just blatantly trolling, which escalated the situation to a ban. If you had just explained your side of the story calmly, it would have been a verbal warning or a note at most. Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I am truly sorry for opening fire on the LaPo, and killing 2 of them before retreating, in my defence i thought i was working on valid reasoning as i was told in comms moments earlier by my commanding officer to do what i can to help the poor feldjäger being kidnapped, so i did what i could and things ended this way. Being banned for a month is excessive as shit, i only killed 2 people, the lapo guy in the clip and the feldjäger in the crossfire. my ban was regarded as a mass rdm even though only 2 people lost their lives under my boot. I am truly sorry for any offense this caused the members of the opposing party, and i wish i can still be seen as a positive member of this community if my ban appeal gets accepted. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I was in a situation where me and 2 other guards were blocking a door from the interior minister entering the BendlerBlock, we argue for about 30 seconds then the Interior Minister begins to tie our guard chief who is an Oberst, I try to stop him from tying our Chief by hitting him with the butt of my gun; with no intentions of killing him, then the Interior Ministers guards then proceeds to open fire on me, resulting in a huge gun fight. As both a regular player and a CO/NCO, I was very active on the server. As a good example of my previous behavior, I had a clean record with no bans, warnings, kicks, or sits. You kind of said it yourself here within your last statement regarding this PK: You shot someone for pointing a gun at you, you pulled out your gun, shot and killed him; so you quite literally started a gunfight, and died in the process. Denied. To begin with, you detained the NSB chief on two separate occasions without any real legitimate cause, you also started dragging him around, and then stole items from him. These actions alone were highly illegal, and you were way out of your depth here as a HAUPTMANN of the Feldjagers to detain the NSB chief with little justification. Following that, you proceeded to order the detainment of the entire NSB for "breaking in" whilst they were serving a PCO, when they were let inside the ICC by a member of the military. The series of actions you took fully justifies the PK, considering the full context of the situation.
