The troll was a schutzpolizei who rammed into my car, and held me at gunpoint. I was forced to get out, trying to roleplay.

It wasn't a proper ban I think, I was given no explanation, and no clip. The PK was accepted almost immediately aswell, and I was not given a chance to speak with the administrator, I was teleported back. It was also a troll who had killed me.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I was already given a note for fear RP a few weeks prior I believe, and that is why the admin didn't look into it for longer than a few minutes and my rank was decently high. I believe it wasn’t fair to have a character i had since 2023 PK'd like that. The situation i was in when PK'd was walking and resisting arrest and one of them shot me, called an admin and had me PK'd just like that. I enjoy this server and that character and would love to play him again. Additional Information: I was PK'd around February time I believe but told to make an appeal by maverick anyway.

You were shot multiple times during the raid on the MOI last night and were told in excess of 10 times to stop. You continued to punch those who tried to tie you up and were ultimately shot a final time. This was already explained to you in game prior to appealing. ISSUE WITH LEARNING LANGUAGE (CHARACTER SPECIFIC) When I went to learn a language with one of my characters at the language vendor in the bank, an error occurred, saying that I "already learned a language" and needed to donate to learn another. This contradicts what the video shows, as I approach the vendor with sufficient money, try to learn every language, and then speak all of them, however, my character can't speak any of them for some reason. I’m unsure why this is, as when I attempted to learn a language with a secondary character, I was immediately able to learn Italian with no issues. Link to video: https://streamable.com/3lxd29
