Then a feld member started asking me questions and once he was done he left the cells and brought his general then the general ask me some questions before he shot me. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I'm the owner of a kag faction and the leader of a mafia (black coats). My mafia is actually engaging in roleplay and keep things fun but now that my character is PK'd, I won't be able to fund my faction anymore and my business will die out without because none of my employees have the money to pay for the rent. Additional Information: I didn't know a general could PK civs without a trial or any evidence, so this is new to me.

About the clip, I just want to explain what happened before it started. Right before that recording, the guys in the clip RDM’d me at the bank. They pointed their guns at me and shot me without any warning or proper initiation, (killing me). After that, they came towards the base multiple times as you can see me walking toward them from the base, them pointing guns and trying to provoke more conflict. That’s why I reacted the way I did. It wasn’t me intentionally breaking FearRP; it was just a confusing situation caused by them RDM’ing and repeatedly returning to stir things up. After that clip, they even pointed a gun at another enlisted player after I had died.

In the recording, it looks like I didn’t comply while a gun was pointed at me. However, the clip doesn’t show what happened right before that moment. Why should you be un-PK'd?: The PK was based on a situation that didn’t follow proper RP or PK guidelines. The players involved broke rules first by shooting without warning (incident before that clip) and constantly coming back to cause issues. My reaction in the clip happened after they had already broken RP multiple times, so it’s not a fair or valid example of FearRP. Because of that, I don’t think the PK was justified it was based on incomplete context and behavior that didn’t follow FearRP or PK rules. I’d really appreciate if staff could review the situation again with the full context, since the clip alone doesn’t show what actually led to it. Additional Information: I don’t have any clips or proof of what happened before the recording, but I’m being completely honest about it. I just want to make it clear that I’m not some troll. I’ve been playing on this server for about three weeks now, and I’ve been really enjoying it and trying to get back into RP again it’s actually been years since I last played any Gmod RP. I get that the rules are strict, and I’m doing my best to learn and follow them. I just want a fair chance to keep playing my character and stay part of the community.

Although it would be cool to see an American group inside the city doing crime things, I don't know if I *have* seen any American crime going on. You guys might need to build more of a standing in the city.

First of all. I absolutely love the server and have spent a lot of time playing on it all the way back since 2023 (Though I have taken a few breaks). I have great respect for the staff team as I have been helped multiple times by them. If I became staff, I would be willing to help in any way, shape, or form. I would help users with any issues that I could address within my capacity (rank) and supporting other staff members when numbers are low. There are so many instances where people become aggressive and the staff just snap back, which makes it worst. I just feel like being calmer would help de-escalate these situations easier. Staff members help people who have problems such as being stuck, want a suit on their civilian character, need to transfer somebody, promote somebody, or asking basic questions about the server. All staff must maintain professionalism while having integrity. An example of integrity being that one of their friends on the staff team are breaking rules, they must report this misuse of power to higher staff members. Staff members should be respectful and be responsible for their actions. Staff members should remain calm and should be able to de-escalate situations whenever it is needed. Ban shortened Your apology is accepted, however almost all of your POs are RDM/VDM related. You clearly have issues learning from your mistakes. You need to roleplay things out first before shooting somebody dead like you did here. Your ban has been shortened to a day, take the next 24h to review the rules and reflect on your own conduct on the server going forward. Further instances of RDM/VDM related infractions will result in much harsher punishments than this. Looking at your POs, Thomas was lenient in this situation and you are lucky this ban was not longer than it should've been.
