Hi @Itskicker You were banned by Ace for Global Rule 13 (ERP), NITRP, LTARP, and RDM in a Sit. The ban was then extended by @Coffeeand further made permanent when you attempted to evade the ban by connecting to the server with an alternate account. Upon looking into this, it looks like the account you're currently appealing with is the actual alt account with your main account being KIX, former Moderator removed due to this ban for ERP (Erotic Roleplay).

I was the moderator to carry out this PK. The individual was brought to me by the SK, who stated that he had trespassed in the Summer Hall, when I went to process him, I checked his ID and noticed that his name was Friedrich Ballkrampf. When I asked him to confirm this he acknowledged the fact by stating that he had a cramp in a certain relevant area. I decided that the best course of action was to handle it personally. I personally am not against Un PKing the character, but if you're going to name you character Ball Cramp maybe don't get caught trespassing in the Summer Hall.

+1 All around good RP, have seen him on each of those characters and haven't had an issue once. Even at 1-2AM when the servers in chaos he's generally well behaved comparatively.

Not asserting its relevance to the situation but I can attest that he did in fact enter momentarily, hit the gate button and immediately leave as the gate was still closing prior to the arrest.

If you look at my appeals, the evading bans we're truly mistakes and I did not mean any harm by them. However, on the part of me being a moron I truly do want to apologize for attempting to ruin everyone's roleplay experience. I've heard about the new Man in the High Castle project and I'd really love to be apart of it, my record looks TERRIBLE on me and I know Whoreson himself will probably read this and believe I have nothing good to provide for the server. However one more shot is all I ask for, for this new project in the near future. Additional Information:

Don't think it's that deep. Take some time to play the server more thoroughly as you were only unbanned less than a month ago. The staff team isn't going anywhere; prove yourself to us through good roleplay and consistency. Then try again.

I see where you are coming from, I admit that at first, my emotional response was not justified. It was quite difficult for me to deal with the permaban, but I understand that if I want to be a member of the staff team, then in any situation I have to remain calm. Recently, I have been trying my best to overcome this issue and simply become a reliable part of the community. I have re-read all the rules to be more confident, and now my focus is to help people and improve the server.
