When we took you in for questioning, you gave vague and contradictory answers, which led me to believe that you're lying to me. Hence, I requested the Praetor to issue the order.

As you can hear there is a lot of chatter in the RS and over the radio. I was not aware I was being detained until they were shouting 'Vincent' as people were running around after different people and orders being given over the radio. When I was in the admin sit having the PK carried out, I was informed that I was being PK'd for breaking fearRP as Vincent radio'd in after being told not to. As you can see in my clip, sly (who made the ticket for my PK) said to 'stop moving, do not use radio' twice in chat before Vincent's detainment was even being carried out and well before he even was involved in the detainment. He was pointing a weapon at someone else in the background of the clip before he ran over and pointed a weapon at me just before Vincent was shot and killed by someone who I believe was not directly involved in the situation. No one in that situation told Vincent to not radio in under fearRP. As you can also see in the clip, I was complying with the detainment, not resisting arrest or presenting a weapon. If I had have been told by someone pointing weapons at me, I would never have radio'd in and broke fearRP. Thank you for taking the time to read my appeal. Additional Information:

Yeah so I definitely heard you do it. But 3 days is a bit much so we can just remove it since it's already been a while, it was just that you were interrupting a high importance event on a civilian character with a NITRP ban already.

how does this have to do with me getting unbanned im appologizing and asking for re entry to the server that is all role play should not be a factor in this as there is probably thousands of people who dont contribute much to roleplay

Hello, I was the staff member who PK'd your character. The reason for your character being killed was because you LTARP'd (Leaving To Avoid Roleplay). Given that you were just removed from a ban, and immediately upon rejoining the server repeated the same action, it’s clear there may be some confusion regarding the rules. As such, the following clarification is provided: - As an example, if you are detained, and you leave to avoid being discharged or trialed, that would result in a ban because you are leaving to avoid roleplay/punishment (LTARP). You have to roleplay the situation out as your character, even if it means that your character is demoted, discharged, or killed.
