Doesnt involve me but i think my point might make sense At no point do we see how many staff are on, nor is the tab menu opened at all so depending on that it is very possible that he just guessed as i have done before when interacting with staff, normally due to my relations with specific staff members so when i get fiddled with i normally just guess who it is and usually im correct. i genuinely think he just guessed who it was and got lucky, that makes way more sense then him blatantly calling you out using his cheat software and i have done the same

sorry for the late response well i cant make excuses for those 18 bans but i can say some off them were just stupid reasons like on of the VDMs i hit a bike and it flew 20meters away and hit a group of people and i got banned for MVDM but i understand the reason why you wouldnt want a guy who has minged since 2023 but i think alot of the people inside of the community knows for my RP and magment skill which have influnced some people but really i just wanna see MITCH and pop in a few times a month since i wont be able to visit the server alot in the next few years

Thank you for your clarification. I'd like to address the points you brought up here as I believe there is a discrepancy between the inerpretation used here and the written PK Guidelines. The PK Guidelines define grief PKs in the context of severe harm or grief to a character. The guidelines do not list threats to a player's position, reputation, or legal disciplinary actions as grief, nor do they determine pk eligibity based solely on a player feeling upset or inconvenienced by a statement alone. My statement did not include a threat of violence or death. It was a conditional statement about persuing charges. Mentioning courts, charges, or court martials even if done incorrectly or without enough justification is not inherently grief. I'd like to further explain why my original statement was conditional and not a direct threat. At the beginning of the clip that was provided, my exact wording was "If you are going to do this, I am going to charge you for this. I am going to court martial you for this." This statement was explicitly conditionally structured and intended. It was depending on Hauptmann Michael Braun continuing an action (dragging me despite being informed that I was cleared for release). I presented him with an immediate option to stop his action, at which point the condition would no longer apply. Furthermore saying that a possible charge or court ruling implies a threat to his life is just speculating. If that were the standard and applied broadly, then any mention of charges or judicial action could be treated as a death threat, which would completely undermine any legal RP and roleplay escalation. I understand your distinction here, however, my statement was neither blackmail nor an active threat that put his life at risk. It was also never acted upon. It does not meet the criteria for dirt, nor does it meet any pk criteria, including grief as no harm, grief, leverage, or follow-through occured. Furthermore, the PK Guidelines state that PKs should be used as last resort and that attempts should be made to resolve the situation through roleplay unless impossible. In this case, no warning, charge, mediation request, or command-level resolution was attempted before requesting the PK, despite multiple opportunities to do so.

Hello, I am the staff member who authorised your PK. I want to clarify that the PK guidelines do not only allow for griefPKs for harm being done, but also for causing 'grief' to the player. I believe that the threat you issued during the scene was sufficient to fall under grief, as it implied a threat to the position and possibly the life of the player, via a possible court ruling. It also would seem not be the first instance of this happening. Secondly, I want to clarify as to why I think this wouldn't fall under DirtPK. Dirt PKs are done to silence an individual who might provide information to, let's say, a judge or a superior officer. In this case, this was a result of a direct threat of action and not simply blackmail.

Like I said it would be a business opportunity for people such as myself. I have the capability to run an actual movie studio I think personally. The ministry of propaganda isn't the only entity that has the ability to make movies. Content wise theres so many things especially for MITHC. You can create a short film about the conquest of the USA, Criminal organisations and commissioned propaganda like films for factions. Additionally the only people that would be able to minge with the theatre is those who have the perms to access it. Only Moderators and Selected people with access to use it, will be able to display anything on the media player.

-1 I do not like this at all. We aren't missing out on anything, it would only bring more ways for users to minge and something which could prove hard to moderate.
