hi @Slug I do understand as a major i should understand it. i somewhat understood the PK guidelines before i read over them again and i did understand the rules and i did re read them again over again. for PK i wasn't planning on PKing anyone or having getting someone pk'ed. I read the rules. Granted if i didn't know what fear rp was at the time i should've looked it up and understood it at the time. But obviously a lesson was learned and i know what i shouldn't of done and know how to better approach the situation next and i would like to have another chance with my character if that is possible since i now have a better understanding of pk guidelines and fear rp

Hi @Rz Chase Please understand that PKs are not OOC punishments, they are IC effects of your character willingly putting themselves in a situation where they do not value their own life and dying as a result. Getting all the way up to the rank of Major and having absolutely no knowledge of our PK guidelines or rules regarding FearRP is a bit concerning. Please take some time to read up on our rules & PK guidelines. As stated in the PK Guidelines, "The only way to gain access to said character is to appeal the PK and have it accepted under the pretense the PK did not follow PK guidelines.". We appreciate the apology, but in terms of server rules you did not do anything wrong. Your character did not value their own life as they were held at gunpoint and chose to run, resulting in their death. This being said, I will keep this appeal up for a while longer to allow for any other parties involved to comment if they so wish.

Yes i do understand it know and i realize now it was mistake and i have learned from my mistake. I should also be Un-pk'd because i made a genuine mistake during an rp situation. I am not denying that i didn't do it If i had known it would be fear rp during that situation i would not have ran away in the first place when i was held at gunpoint. If there is anything i need to do if my appeal gets approved i will gladly do it. Even if it means reading the rules over a couple times so i can understand it better after doing research on it myself. Additional Information: I have not been in any other trouble in the server. I have no server bans or any warnings besides this one pk i am trying to get appealed. i understand almost of the failrp, rdm, vdm, etc. But did not understand and i genuinely did not know fear rp was actually a thing and that it existed. However, he wasn't on at the time of PKing so he didn't have a chance to defend himself, after he joined back he made a ticket and showed me the clip, and honestly with it I dont think I would of issued the PK because he shouldnt of ended up in the situation, however he still knowingly broke fearrp so im leaving it up to the UA to decide.

@Saken Death Thank you for your suggestion. Donations are used towards funding the server's operating costs. PayPal is one of the most widely used and accepted payment methods on the internet. Steam wallet funds, gifted games, etc. cannot be used in a practical way to pay for our hosting, development, etc. At this time, and for the current foreseeable future, we do not support in-game microtransactions through Steam Wallet due to how our donation integration is setup.

Description of the idea: Add an additional donation option that allows players to purchase ranks, packages, or server funds using Steam Wallet money instead of only using PayPal. This could be done through Steam gift cards, gifted games, or a "Pay with Steam" funding option managed by the server owners. Why should this be added?: Not everyone has access to PayPal, debit cards, or other online payment methods. A lot of community members, especially younger players, keep money in their Steam Wallet from gift cards, selling items on the Steam Market, or receiving funds from friends. Adding a Steam payment option would make supporting the server easier and give more people an opportunity to donate if they want to. It could also increase overall donations since players wouldn't have to leave unused money sitting in their Steam accounts. What negatives could this have?: The biggest downside is that it would require some manual handling by staff since Steam doesn't offer a direct payment gateway like PayPal. Staff would need to verify payments, handle gift transactions properly, and make sure nobody is attempting to scam the system. There could also be occasional delays in processing donations compared to automatic PayPal payments. Additional information: This wouldn't replace PayPal or existing donation methods. It would simply be another option for players who prefer using their Steam Wallet funds. Giving the community more ways to support the server is generally a positive change and could help increase donations while making the process more accessible to everyone.

Im abit sketched out at Medal since the scandal i think at some point. but seeing the circumstances i will have to get it if i want to protect myself from complex situations like this haha im sorry if i gave off the weird idea ESPECIALLY since we have had previous encounters (cough* ban) that may have given off a shitty attitude. Rather stressful, actually. Not the best experience definitely, no. After all, only the community part was my responsibility, not console or finance management. Good riddance.
