 Why should you be un-PK'd?: Additional Information:  cause they prop abuse me to stop my car and i run cause  this cant be and i shouldnt be on scent so i run then they keep chasing me and i pull gun and then they shoot me so for me why i should get un pk cause i got prop abuse

I PKed this individual for breaking fearrp https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/mYZr9LB5id1ri3kzn?invite=cr-MSxLQ0QsMTEyNDAxNTU2&v=33. However, he wasn't on at the time of PKing so he didn't have a chance to defend himself, after he joined back he made a ticket and showed me the clip, and honestly with it I dont think I would of issued the PK because he shouldnt of ended up in the situation, however he still knowingly broke fearrp so im leaving it up to the UA to decide.
