But I think I should be unbanned is simple but true. People make mistakes, and in my case, I have made a lot of them, though I want the reader reading this to know that it was never in my intent to RDM or harm anyone in this way, what happened was my delegate was being detained, and I panicked almost instantly, so my rational solution was to open fire and disperse the threat. I killed only 3-4 people, in the moment I realized what I did was wrong and am sorry for it. I can't express enough how disappointed and just in disbelief on how awful this was of me. Please, take this is consideration to a player who hasn't played in a while that finally starts playing again and works hard, to be PK'd on the character that I worked on so dearly. I am deeply ashamed, I cant say it enough. Additional Information: I don't belife the PK was valid as I don't think I started the gun fight. But that's up to you.

As members of the Konsul-Echelon protecting the meeting, myself (the Deputy Chief of the unit) and four other guards, including the Chief, were standing outside and filtering entry for individuals coming in. Unbeknownst to me, the Science Minister walked up to the door and tried to enter, and because I did not recognize him, his name, or the badge above his head (which yes, I should have), I stopped him. He counted down from 10, and as he did, the door was opened by the Vizekonsul, who was inside. As he went inside, I made a snarky remark along the lines of how "I'm glad you know how to count", and of course, I was ordered to be detained by him and his guards. When I was detained, one of the guards of the Echelon (an enlistedman) shot the guard who detained me. I did not order this shooting, nor did I say anything that would be interpreted as such. Nevertheless, a small gunfight began, and that resulted in the deaths of the Science Minister and his guards. I was then undetained by one of the other guards, and we were all immediately ordered to the Vize Konsul's office. He then lined us up, and was about to speak with us, but then the Minister came into the room, had us all tied and ordered for death, and while I tried to reason with the Minister, he then said I was talking too much, and proceeded to shoot me in the head, killing me" (This happened on 11/29). Why should you be un-PK'd?: The situation doesn't fall under any of the PK guidelines that I have read, and in the effort of explicitly clarifying this, I did not kill or order the killing of ANYBODY during the gunfight. I was detained throughout all of it, and was only untied and able to regain any control of my character AFTER it had ended, and the Minister and his guards were dead. There was not two gunfights where there was time for conflict resolution inbetween, it all happened at once, and I do not believe I should be held responsible for it/be pk'd. Although I was the deputy of the unit at the time and was "responsible" for the actions of my men, a random enlistedman (who I had not recruited/had much experience with) RDMing/TKing a bunch of people shouldn't result in my death. In regards to the other personnel who opened fire, I believe they acted in defense of the meeting and the command personnel within and shouldn't directly be blamed for the situation either. Additional Information: Of course, I am not denying my involvement in what happened. I understand that I was in the wrong to have stopped the Minister and I do not disagree with his less-than-happy reaction, but I still don't believe it warrants death, especially when I was not responsible for the death of him or his guards. I had intended on following his orders, taking the detainment, and leaving ALIVE, but of course, the spontaneous decision of the enlistedman to open fire and begin a gunfight prevented this, and somehow led to my death. I am sincerely sorry for what happened, I truly do regret that it spiraled so out of control, and I promise to recognize insignias better/have more common sense in the future. Also, personally, I would like to apologize to Whoreson for speaking over him while the "debriefing" went down. Again, I was fearful for the life of myself and the other men in the room (besides the one who originally opened fire and killed him and his guards), and was a little panicked. NOTE: I also understand that my original appeal was denied, but due to the fact that it was denied on the assumption that I MYSELF had killed or ordered the killing of anyone, I feel the need to clarify and clear up the situation with a second one. Hello, I thank you for making this apology. We'll just move to the meat and potatoes of this, @Shortybrought you to a staff sit regarding a PK Ticket you made on someone. The Clip you gave us included your ESP, and once questioned on it by myself you stated it was "Medal ESP in my clipping Software" and after asked to show us what this "Medal ESP" was, you didn't show anything surprisingly (Because you were hacking). I found the situation amusing and still do. Your apology is personally accepted by me, and the outcome of your appeal is now in the hands of the Upper Administration Team.

Aye, the cluttered mess of NPCs around the map (especially where you listed) is such an eyesore. Along with this, removing them and placing them in more strategic places will give businesses more exclusive access to the vendor and such. Either that, or finally limit them to factions like the KAG so randoms can't buy stuff like food or drinks.

Ok well 1. What I meant is that you gave me verbal "suggestions" while writing the doc, specifically at the end part of it, so the last paragraph. I did not mean that you specifically wrote some of the doc for me. 2. I notified the Gendarmerie Chief per the request of the Courts Chief to let him know what was happening so he knew one of his officers would be brought a Security Courts Trial. At the end of day, it's up to the courts whether they want to hold a trial or not.

Hi, I was the one who killed Lukas Eisenhart in roleplay. I was informed of his intentions to use dirt against me and trial me for breaking a crown mandate by a Gericht member. I was handed a signed witness statement from Lukas Eisenhart in which he in full detail explained how I violated the Crown Mandate, and stated that he wanted to take "legal action" against me. This was not just a statement but also had evidence of me breaking it via multiple images. The crimes he intended to charge me with, could have possibly gotten me the death penalty, and there were even clear pictures of me that he took. With this in mind, I knew I had to sort this out to protect the life of my character. Later that day, I had Lukas in my office, and he began talking about how he was going to try me for breaking a crown mandate. Even while Donzoko was overwatching the situation, I asked him if there was anything we could do to make this go away. He said there was nothing that would change his mind, so I told him, “Fine, then I'm just going to kill you”. I tried to give him one last option out, which he denied, at this point it was completely last resort. I then pulled out my gun and shot him. Even after the fact, in OOC, I asked Donzoko if I had done everything right, and he said it was a valid PK.

Hello, I was the Gericht member who collected your witness statement. In regard to this, you solely wrote 100% of your statement. If verification on this is required, the Google Docs version history can be provided. Nothing was written for you or edited from your text. On top of this, you even submitted your own pictures that you took as evidence into your statement. Before you even drafted the statement, you told the Gendarmerie Chief, while I was standing next to you, that you intended to take the Polizeikommandeur to court. This alone already indicated that you wanted to use dirt against the Polizeikommandeur. You then proceeded to write a witness statement on this in advance of a court trial you intended to hold against the Polizeikommandeur.

Thank you for taking the time to appeal on the Forums. Whilst I did not authorize your PK, I was heavily involved when speaking with the individual who was seeking the GriefPK - Discussion before UA Approval - which is why I shall comment here to further explain why you were PK'd within our Guidelines. You had written and signed an Official Witness Statement, with a Polizeigericht member, which detailed a players actions which would have him tried in a Court for Espionage. Something which can be punishable by arrest and/or death. To stop this, he took matters into his own hands and asked if it was a viable GriefPK. The PK was approved as Greif falls under 'ANY Information which can lead to arrest/execution.' furthermore because what you had accused him of was A. Not Public Knowledge, B. Illegal & C. Information which would lead to Consequences or Punishment. Overall, this ticked all the boxes and fell into the category for a Valid GriefPK. However, UA shall make the final decision.

I understand that, of course, and I'm not looking to dispute that. The actions that occurred were abhorrent and entirely out of what I'd consider RP. I'm not looking to refute the fact that I was in the wrong either. I did not recognize who you were and the questionioning should not have occurred in the first place, that is a fault on my part and I am also sorry for speaking over you, I was hopefully understandably afraid for the life of my character along with those of the others that I don't believe should be blamed for it either. The enlistedman that shot your guard(s) began the entire firefight, and that should instead be considered an RDM case as he had no warranted reason to open fire on the guards or yourself, and he also was not ordered to do so, not even in his prior training. The situation itself was very confusing, and I believe I can speak on behalf of the other personnel present as it happened within only a few seconds, so I don't believe there was enough time for there to be a quick resolution or halt to the conflict. I am sincerely sorry for not handling the situation better myself and taking charge like I or the chief should have. I am hoping that you understand what I have to say, and I thank you for your reply/input, it is appreciated, and I will keep this mess in mind moving forward as what should never, ever, happen again. Hopefully, if my character is restored, I can assist in the re-education of those involved.
