So during the situation, when we were talking to you in the Electric Chair before I called lawson for a GO-Ordered PK. You stated you would report me to the CDKK, which would put my characters life and reputation at risk. Which stated before was a major deciding factor on why I issued a GO-Ordered PK on you. I am not speaking about when we arrested you, when we had you in the NSB Cells we tried multiple times to talk to you and you absolutely failed on every turn to even lie to us or comply with us at all or even speak to us normally without insulting us or threatening us. Once again, both of them stated you had intentions of kidnapping the agent of the NSB you attempted to chase to myself and other members of the National Security Bureau in my office. You were caught in the act of trying to chase a member of the NSB, and your men detained with you clearly stated to myself in my office that you had clear intentions of kidnapping the individual apart of my faction that you were chasing with guns out.

I never threatened to have you shot, If you have a clip of this information feel free to send it here or to my discord. I wouldn't class pulling weapons out on someone "talking like a normal human being". Maybe if 3 of your goons hadn't hopped out of your car with your guns raised we could have talked like normal human beings. Hello George Droid, during the situation I witnessed you and 2 other individuals begin running up to a member of the NSB with pistols out. I approached you, and you began running away then we placed you under gunpoint and detained you. So, during the situation I went into other cells with individuals we detained with you which resulted in them complying with the NSB stating you told them to help lead a kidnapping on the NSB agent involved. During the situation, the 2 other individuals that you were detained with voluntarily complied with myself and my other agents. During them complying, they testified to myself stating you were involved in a multitude of situations that they stated you were involved in kidnapping members of the NSB and stealing their uniforms. During the situation, my agents attempted multiple times to talk to you and RP with you like normal human beings. All attempts resulted in you just bluntly not complying at all with the NSB. I even made multiple attempts to talk to you and let you explain the accusations and make a testimony. You refused all attempts to have you released, and insulted me multiple times. During the situation, you also threatened my character with reporting it to the CdKK for threatening you and having me shot which was also a deciding factor of me issuing a GO Ordered PK on you. Overall, your character is in a Totalitarian State ran by a one-eyed war lord that is trying to take over the world, and your detained by the Secret Police in such Totalitarian State accused of attacking the Secret Police and your character showed no absolute fear at all during the entire situation which was also another deciding factor in my character issuing a GO-Ordered PK on your character.

This supposed "kidnaping" was when I hopped out of my car to enter the general store, and a NSB guy got scared and started running away. As I was entering the general store a NSB general came with 3 goons and told me I'm under arrest for trying to kidnap NSB members. I was then PK'd on a General Ordered PK. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I think I should be Un-PK'd because there was absolutely no proof of me trying to kidnap anyone, they soley went off what someone said. Another reason is that they kept saying I was apart of the Cartel and that I was killing and stealing MOI members uniforms, They have no proof of that since everytime we rob someone we do the (/me knocks out) enabling them from remembering anything. In my opinion I think General Ordered PK's shouldn't be a think because it allows generals to kill low ranking individuals with no significant proof. In my opinion I think General ordered PK's take away the significance of Court roleplay and the justice system. Additional Information: In my opinion I think General Ordered PK's should be used a last resort option, but this PK wasnt used as a last resort.

After reviewing the clip from the first moment someone told you to stop the motorcycle was 2 seconds into the clip. based off of how voice ranges on the server work you wouldn't be able to hear them until 3-4 seconds into the clip. you were shot off of the motorcycle 6 seconds into the clip. we are not going to PK you for two seconds off someone ordering you off of a motorcycle. now that being said guns were pointed at you the entire clip which is enough context that you should slow down and that you're life may be in danger. I'm will to give you the benefit of the doubt over this one situation but you more than likely will not be as lucky next time. I didn't paraphrase your exact words, that's just what i could extract from the conversation in the sit, was that you didn't want to stop anyways because they were damaging your bike, wich again, is fine by the rules, but you risked fleeing a stop, and got shot, that's the bottom of it;

I never said it was because they were being mean to me, I said it was because they weren't conducting a proper stop and they just wanted to break my vehicle. Also the guns may have been in my view but that doesn't mean I saw them as I was looking forward where I was driving to not at them. I also was attempting to stop right as I got shot, when i heard them tell me to stop. They fired Immediately upon me hearing them.

Hello Teller, the situation started when you decided to not stop your motorcycle anymore, as i've watched myself. First thing you tried to argue was that you tried stopping but the motorcycle was "Too bad to stop", then after i rewatched the clip and confirmed there was no attempts at slowing down from your part, you said you didn't see the guns, wich is very unlikely since they were in your field of view. Overall, you told me you just didn't want to stop because they were being mean to you, wich i told you, you could risk running away, but that has consequences.

One of there men was on my motorcycle and I was taking him to a group of people he wanted to go to when they told me to stop and immediately fired. I was there. The KG literally shot one of the soldiers in the head and killed him for no reason. Of course a Prussian officer would open fire under such injustices. This stuff happens all the time. One person shoots another, then a shootout starts, literally every night. We shouldn't pk people for stuff like this. At least if this guy gets pk'd, the person who originally shot should be pk'd too. You can't just murder people.

Additional Information: A group was in the bank consisting of KG and the Reserve Army, I was standing in the corner behind the counter with my Oberfeldwebel, a KG soldier went up to us and started pointing his weapon at my Oberfeldwebel trying to arrest him, I scolded the KG soldier for which then my Oberfeldwebel pointed his gun back at the soldier behind my back and a watching KG officer from the other side of the counter then shot and killed my Oberfeldwebel, I then shot at the KG officer and killed him, went behind the counter again instead of shooting into the crowd even more then the few shots I already had shot that might've strayed off and killed the original KG soldier who was trying to kill me, then I died and then was PK'ed sense I "caused a mass gunfight" The KG officer who shot first at my Oberfeldwebel should be the one getting PK'ed for shooting first and forcing me to respond with shooting at him, If you check the log's you will see that He killed someone and then I killed him and his soldier, I don't believe I killed anyone else but those two people but if it was it was a mistake, If I was trying to cause a mass shootout I would've fired my whole mag into that crowd and would have tried to kill more people than the two I killed.
