How long have you been roleplaying?: I first started roleplaying on Garry’s Mod back in 2014 on a community called Instant Reality Gaming. At the time, IRG ran a casual roleplay server that had the same kind of feel DarkRP would later become known for, but before DarkRP was really established. I spent a lot of time there and eventually served on their staff team, which gave me my first real experience moderating a community. After IRG, I played on Revenant for a while before moving over to the 42RP sector on Typhon, where I stayed active for several years. I joined Prometheus for the first time in late 2022 or early 2023. I quickly became invested in the community and eventually joined the staff team here as well. I served as staff until February 2024, when I stepped down. Even after resigning, I kept playing off and on, getting involved in different factions and roles within the community. All of these experiences, across different servers and times, have given me a good perspective on what works in a roleplay environment and how staff can help keep things running smoothly. I should be considered for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team because I bring a balance of experience, consistency, and a genuine commitment to helping the community thrive. Rules always need to be exercised the same, but I’m equally in favor of discussing situations like adults prior to taking heavy-handed action or coming down hard on someone. Most problems in roleplay servers involve misunderstanding and / or lack of communication, and a lot of times, a few minutes of discussion will diffuse a rule violation into a teachable moment which actually reinforces the community at large. I take pride in myself in regard to being approachable and fair minded, and I understand the average player will be more likely to display respect toward staff members who treat them right rather than jumping straight to conclusions and showing hostility. Another reason I think I would be a good asset is availability. I tend to play at various hours of the day when staff might be thin. I can pick up the slack during those times. It would be beneficial to have a person active at these points in order to keep the server running smoothly and fun at any time of the day. Aside from moderation, I’m equally encouraged to facilitate activities such as organizing events, mentoring new players to this role play dynamic, and acting as a contact person for those needing assistance. Prometheus has established a good reputation, and I would like to do my part by ensuring players exit and continue to come back for more. [150 Words or more]: As far as I am concerned, the work of a staff member includes so much more than handing out punishment to rule-breakers. It's ensuring the server is a positive and equitable place for all to play. A staff member needs to be involved in resolving conflicts, upholding the rules at all times, and available to players who have questions or issues. We're there for the preservation of the integrity of the role-play experience, and we intervene if people attempt to compromise it. We are also there for new and inexperienced players so they know the ropes and understand the server. Staff members carry the additional responsibility of leading by example. Our own conduct will be reflective of the level of professionalism we expect of others. We are to remain calm under pressure, and respectful at all times. Staff should participate in upholding the community through encouraging good role-playing, assistance in GM-driven activities, and cooperation among other staff members in order to enable improvements wherever needed. Bassicaly make a template the same as a ban appeal, but rather for a ban appeal, it's for a Note/ticket on a player's account to fight the decision of the staff member. I think it would make sense since even if a ban is appealed, it still shows up, but tickets generally are the immediate thing a staff member see, and it should be fair for a player to have the ability to remove a unjust ticket/note on their account. Character's name & rank: Reinhard Schmidt, Leutnant SteamID: STEAM_0:0:575860843 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Prime Explain why you were PK'd: for high treason Why should you be un-PK'd?: i received no trial before i was shot so they had no proof technically of me being guilty i was also not proven guilty i was just shot. they also asked me a trick question "if you where in a private sit with the Kaiser and he asked if you would shoot him for the stability of the empire yes or no?" i asked for clarification and received none the only clarification i received was YES or NO i panicked and said yes i then said i regrated it and panicked they said i don't care gaged me and brought me to the leader of the KG and got me shot. they also altered the doc of questions they asked me after they brought me to be shot the kaiser question was never on the document until after they called staff. i think this pk was unjust as they altered docs and didnt help when i asked for clarification. also there was not much rp it was just me getting shot. Additional Information: one of the guys who questioned me that day and the day before was maximus Drexler he likes to target me he only made me do the exam out of 5 kg that where on the server if this gets accepted i request my name gets changed and i get to transfer from the KG without papers.

I was place in the cells for around 30 minutes without being attended to I made one ticket which was taken and no real action was taken. Then I tried making another ticket which, on my end at least, didn't work. I left an rejoined to try and fix this where I was promptly banned from the server. I'm making this because I didn't see the tickets that I made and they didn't show up in console either. I also make this because I don't need a ban on my record after another ban which felt unjustified. Additional Information:

- 1 I do not see how this will benefit the server in any capacity. Black PM's only exist in the form of jumpsuit models & Female PM's are similarly limited to dresses. Furthermore, the problem doesn't just come from the person playing with these PM's, but from other people being minges and edgelords. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that there are nasty people that will try and groom Female PM larpers, and similarly, players that will stereotype and hurl racial slurs at Black PM larpers, both of which has happened before. To add on, what jobs / occupations can a person with these PM's hold? Outside of CivRP, they're practically useless. And do not get me started on the idea of using Female PM's solely for paperwork related jobs. We have femboys for that exact reason. 90% of female secretary larpers back in the day were OOCly dating the guy they were a secretary to.
