Character's name & rank: Oberkommissar Augustus Lockenhammer SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:0:738964335 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): bananaman Explain why you were PK'd: for shooting a man inside my vehicle Why should you be un-PK'd?: i belive it was a misunderstanding, i didnt know he was returning my vehicle. over radio i was told my car was spotted being stolen and that the perp ran from the scene, with that information i assumed he ran from the police which already issued a demand to step out the vehicle, so when i saw him i shot him. he didnt die and proceeded to return fire which got me pkd. i also assumed since the individial was taunting me and my fellow officers earlier that he would target me and steal my vehicle just to mess with me (i did not shoot him because he taunted us, nor did it influence me shooting him)(also to note me and my officers were shot at in the same location while performing an arrest on a group of civilians who look very similar to him, which caused me to be on edge.).

You can participate in the RP as an officier or anyone really, by getting directly involved in the conversation, organzing your men and others to not be standing in a blob (ya know, your job), or simply walk away and do something else. I truly apologise for this. I thought they were police. I also want to clarify that the first time my peers and I killed them, it was during a raid on the police station, I know this as a fact because they came to my base after to question me about it. It was during that interaction that I punched (not killing) them because they were trespassing in that were past the barriers and refusing to leave. I did not RDM them the second time. I hope you could accept my apology. I also, prior to that night, had not logged on in over a year and a half, those priors are very old, more than 1.5 years old. I am still ‘new’ in that I have only recently, after a long break, returned to rejoin some friends. To help me get this right in the future, would you be able to spare a minute to advise me on what I should have done in that situation I was in, where they were repeat trespassers who kept moving such that I could not restrain them? Hello, I am the staff member that banned you. I had took a ticket from 2 members of the feldjagers, they had stated that a panzer, has killed them multiple times without interaction. This was you, I confirmed in logs, and while speaking to them, you out of nowhere ran up to them and started beating them, these are not members of the landespolizei, its members of the military police. After checking your notes, you have a extensive record of similar situations. In what world would it make sense to attack two armed feldjagers on sight every time you see them. Lets say you managed to believe that they were truly lapo, you still wouldnt be justified in anything you've done. You should never kill people on sight for confronting you, or for "trespassing" Youve dealt with the system so many times, yet keeping making mistakes like this. i have no issue with you being able to PK people. but at the time you had 3 full pages of headshots. you also were able to jump around in the corner shoot 8 people not missing a single shot. moving forward if your going to be involved in PKs they must be overwatched by UA. Approved (PS. you don't need to go to the community manger saying haven't responded to a dm it was 2 hours and i actually have a life.)
