Hello, and thank you for submitting this PK appeal. I’m the individual who made the ticket that led to your PK. To provide some context: you were near the Landespolizei station during a civil war where everyone was shooting at eachother. At the time, you weren’t displaying any hostility nor were you carrying a weapon, so rather than shooting you down, we opted to arrest you as a less severe response. You were clearly instructed to stop moving and warned that any reckless actions could result in your death. Despite this, you chose to draw your MP40 and attempt to engage us, which led to you being swiftly gunned down by an Unterfeldwebel from the KG. Even if you believed the arrest was unwarranted (which, to be clear, it wasn’t), FearRP still applies. In the given situation, there was no reasonable scenario in which the risk you took would be in compliance with FearRP rules. Please take the time to thoroughly read the server rules and PK guidelines to avoid losing your character to situations like this in the future. Unfortunately, I don’t have the clip myself, as the KG member who killed you was the one who recorded it. Layheeee should also have the footage and may be able to provide it.

I then asked a KriegsBrigade what was happening in the server. Then He told me he was going to arrest me after his NCO came by not answering the question. So I had thought they were just failrping or arresting me unruly since its been happeing alot recently. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I have spent many hours and got friends to join this server and give it a try. I also try to be respectful to everyone new and old. I only intended to RP and only go OOC few times as possible. I also have only one character and never hoped to fail rp especially since I put effort in any RP in this server. Additional Information: I was trying to ask a OOC question to a person then they had try to arrest me. I had only logged on a few seconds down at the casino and was genuinely curious what was happening OOC. I thought they were gonna arrest me for no reason so I had bought out my gun when they did it first. I didn't mean to start a fight and only ask a OOC question because I was not in the ICC base. I did not know they were trying to RP at first because previous incidents of just random arrests and shooting at random people happens. I only intend to RP and never broke a fail RP despite being on this server for 2 weeks and this was my first GMOD server. I did not mean to Fail RP and will just go with the flow with the next time whenever this happens even asking a OOC question. I have also only spent all my time into this one character for past 2 weeks and have never broke a rule once. I will next time follow the rules no matter what. This was also my first server rule break and first server on Gmod I have routinely played.

Denied. You were community exiled and you would have needed permission from GA to make an appeal which you did not get. Also somehow this appeal is just as bad as your previous appeal which shows that you are not genuine about returning to the server.

Denied. You cannnot declare war in OOC chat and use that as an excuse to kill every member of a faction. This is a roleplay server, not a deathmatch server. Even if some players agreed to a shootout, that does not justify MRDM against those are uninvolved just because of their uniform.

Because both sides didn't agree.. Some people within the KG agreeing to some shootouts doesn't mean you can murder everybody with a KG uniform.

I was AFK. They weren't. They were involved in Mass RDM. There is no such thing as just declaring a war on a Government faction and getting the ability to murder them all. This wasn't a civil war between NHC; this was you minging and committing MRDM.
