We were in party wing and he was near a very noise polluted area next to Konsul's office while I was the main door. I had left because there was no more RP since I couldn't even hear so I left. I ask that the staff reconsider the ban since I havent been banned once in my 3.5 years of playing and have only accumulated 2 notes EVER and that was recent due to me just getting back into the game. I have made good friends in my arrival and didn't mean to break any rules anyway. I am a clear roleplayer who larps and has a good rep so I don't think banning me was justified at all. At the time I wasn’t really taking the rules seriously, and that’s on me. I understand now that it ruined the experience for other players and wasn’t fair at all. It’s been a while since then, and I’ve had time to think about it. I regret how I acted and I’d do things differently now. If I get another chance, I’ll follow the rules and play properly. It’s been a long time since the ban in 2024, and I’ve grown up a bit since then. I understand the rules better now and why they’re important. I’m not the same player I was back then. If I get another chance, I’ll respect the rules and other players and actually contribute positively to the server instead of causing problems. I’d really appreciate the opportunity to prove that. Denied Sounds more like you have a case of FOMO and want to come back to MITHC, instead of actually showing regret and apologizing for your actions. 18 previous bans makes me think you are not a good fit for this server, and won't be any time soon. You have a persistent history of moronic behavior, ask yourself why we would ever want this when MITHC launches.

While the effort in this appeal is not adequate towards a permanent ban, I'm inclined to give you another shot. Any further infractions (especially serious ones like Alt Evasion) will see to another permanent ban with little chance of appeal. Appeal: Accepted Thread: Locked

So they will be tied, unable to move on their own. Blindfolded, now they can't even see. Then they'll be gagged, so they can't talk. Yeah, this sounds like a super fun experience for a player. Their monitor might as well just be off, there is zero purpose to that person continuing to play.

Me when I have to wait 5 minutes for staff to answer a ticket to gag someone when I've kidnapped them and they're screaming for help.

Until skygods take forever to come because they are doing other stuff (or just having a circle jerk in one of the staff rooms).

It was low population and I was fucking around, and then I went too far, as per my actions I said to myself "Why did I do that...". Then realised I was banned, which was not acceptable to me and not who I am.
