If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: 04/26/26 RDM Note - This was late in the day where everyone was messing around shooting each other which I was taking part in, but one person did not feel that way so they reported me. I should’ve made sure they were part of the event and not assumed everyone in the server during that time was part of it. Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience do you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? I have no experience, but I am a quick learner. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe I should be selected for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team because I am active, a fast learner, and most importantly reliable in both how I will handle tickets made, as well as the accuracy of said tickets. Most of the time from my experience, staff will take tickets in a reasonable time period - about 2 minutes max. However, when there are high profile events in roleplay that require most staff to stay in character, some of these tickets can take up to 10 minutes plus.I want to be involved in improving that by joining the staff team and helping the players. Since my characters are non-RPI, I can take tickets when an event is happening where staff with RPI characters would be busy. I am also active during off-peak hours where there will still be players on and I will be able to assist them taking their tickets i.e. some minge thinks he can RDM everyone during this time. I understand that being a staff member requires being un-biased, calm, and professional during all interactions. In case of a report or dispute, I would be sure to get both party’s sides before making a decision. I have a full understanding from previous sits and tickets that both sides of tickets tend to lie, or at least stretch the truth. I am more than willing to fulfill the staff duty by going through every single log, clip, and word to finalize a fair end to the ticket made. I am also a very quick learner. Despite having no previous experience, I will give my utmost attention and dedication to learn everything I need to know to flourish as a member of the staff team. I like this server, I want to help make it even better for everyone. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: The duties and responsibilities of a Moderator on Prometheus Networks in my opinion are to help the players with any questions or issues they have while playing on the server. A moderator helps maintain a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone on the server. They make sure that everyone follows the rules & guidelines so that they can have the same enjoyable experience. Staff members take tickets from players that have questions or reports. Questions can be anything about the server, mechanics, etc. while reports can be someone reporting another player for breaking the rules. When dealing with a report on another player, it is crucial that the staff member knows both sides' perspectives, investigates fairly, and gives a fair judgement while remaining calm and professional while on duty. Overall I believe a staff member of Prometheus Networks helps the community by enforcing the rules to keep the roleplay environment stable, free of disruptions from in-game mechanics or other players whose goals are to solely disrupt the roleplay for others. I think I was offline when you banned me, I remember being mad and alt f4ing and seeing I was banned after, I got mad and called one of the party leaders a fat retard like 7 times, I didnt really know who he was at the time but I think it was NITRP because instead of talking out the thing I called the guy a fat retard and it made people not like me and I regret it.

If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: I received a note for RDM warning on November 27th 2024, this was a very long time ago and it was a complex situation which I do understand I could have prevented by roleplaying the situation. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I have been a member of this community at Prometheus for quite awhile who actually cares about putting in the work for the staff team, as proven by my stint earlier back when I was in the staff team, and can properly execute my duties on the staff team. I understand that the members of the staff team are supposed to be in affect, leaders within the community of Prometheus and are expected to do certain things, which are things that I am able to uphold myself into doing, such as maintaining a sense of discipline but also friendliness, and actual critical thinking in a situation. I’ve been able to apply critical thinking and decision-making in many decisions, both in my time as a staff member and in roleplay, which would be decisions that I would sometimes have to make as a staff member, even when not everybody in the room can be pleased. I have common sense and can apply it to my time as a staff member when I need to make decisions that require such, as well as decision making, which I am fully aware that those situations arise on the daily. I also have the ability to be as active as needed to fill out my duties and continue helping the server as a staff member, and assist things like my faction and community members easier and in-part, also reducing the workload on other members of staff. My time in this community and experience makes me perfectly fit for the role that I am applying for, and also makes me stand out among other applicants. [150 Words or more]: A staff member should be a readily available person, who is at least decently active, both in the gameplay and the community of Prometheus Networks. In gameplay, they should be able to provide assistance in situations that require their help like tickets or disputes, and always be on standby to provide staff help. On the other hand, staff members should also be active members of the community and have an ability to effectively communicate as courteously and friendly as need be, but also be able to properly put their foot down when need be and when the situation applies for either method of communication. The staff member’s most important duty and responsibility is to remember the image they are upholding, and that they are representing the main members of the Prometheus community, and how the staff team is intercepted in their abilities to execute regular day-to-day duties. Staff members have an obligation to be able to make quick decisions, have logical thinking in divided situations, understand how to communicate these tough decisions properly, and have confidence in their own decisions.
