Hello, As you know, you were recently unbanned from a permanent ban for RDM. You were unbanned on Sunday, and by Wednesday you repeated the same behavior. Not only did you RDM again, but you committed MRDM across the entire LAPD station. Earlier that day, we had already spoken to you in a staff sit regarding a separate RDM situation. The only reason you were not banned on the spot at that time was because the other player also engaged in revenge RDM. You were given the benefit of the doubt and a clear warning. Despite that, you continued to RDM afterward.

Hello, I was the staff member who PKed you. When you fired upon the vehicle, you actively started a gunfight with the person inside of it. You were killed when you got shot by other military personnel. That is why I deemed it worthy to PK you.

And also in response to the being a random NCO, Im a militärfeldwebel of the MGD, Which have policing commision's, Theres a diffrence between a Senior NCO with a policing commision and a random NCO of the heer/luft

I had been ID'd by NCO's and officers prior to the conversation with you. I can't possibly be expected to continue to ID myself for every single person that walks up to me. I asked you three times to get an officer BEFORE I threatened you in any way. I'd been up there for several minutes by that point, just because YOU suddenly notice me doesn't mean it's a new situation. There's a reason you have a radio. Stay with me and wait for an officer by calling them over the radio like a normal person. It's a very simple concept.

So like, I decided ima just put this here cause, I dont really wanna make a big fuss about it in the discord or anywhere else, But Earlier today someone was nearly shot for violently trying to get his ID, I as a Militärfeldwebel, See what I believe was a jobless civilian, Loitering around the ICC frontgate ontop of it taking pictures of a situation involving both military and interior, At which point I approach him and ask for his identification, He say's over text "Im not id'ing myself to everyone I've been id'd before get a officer'' And well, Im not going to leave a civilian unguarded who has a camera and could be a potential spy to just roam around or take pictures nor do I have the frequencies seeing I was a Militärfeldwebel of the MGD, So I continue to ask for his ID assuming it was just a jobless civilian doing big talk, And I mean for a realistic comparison, if a Hauptfeldwebel of the Abwehr in real life would request the identification of a civilian they resist, Threathen someone's job and stuff. The situation would of just ended way more violently or the individual in cuffs, It makes no real sense for this to have resulted in someone being discharged as this seemed like the proper step's, seeing as it would also be very unprofessional to leave a potential spy with a camera actively taking pictures, Just inside of a military compound

+1 While I like the COD weapons to a degree, I always felt they were just too dated. Which makes sense, given when WAW for example was made. This has been improved with the server overriding the WAW models with the old DOI models for skins, which is great. I would suggest adding on a small weapon packs like Urban Renewal (which I've linked the steam page) onto our current weapon roster, since it adds most of the weapons of the time period, such as the G3, MP5, etc. If anyone is curious about the rest of the firearms from the series, I would highly encourage taking a look at Movie Firearms Database site that covers all 4 seasons (which I have also linked for easier access)

Another duty of a staff member is observing overall out-of-character situations. From experience, I have seen many rules broken in the chat whether that be metagame in the OOC or banned language in the general chat. If you pull someone into a sit and they are making claims on someone during a complicated roleplay scenario, it takes more digging. I saw a member of the military wrecklessly driving, I tracked him down and was going to detain him. I crashed my car into his, jumped out and pointed my gun at him, I told him to get out and he tried to speed off, I then dumped a mag into his car and he stopped, another member of the military then came out of nowhere and shot and killed me. I did not see him until I was shot. Why should you be un-PK'd?: Firstly, to my knowledge Expert is a moderator, it clearly states in the rules "Moderator | Moderator+ oversight - Civilian PKs [KAG not included]", my char that got PKed is not a civillian and a CO also. So I believe it was done without the proper authorization. Furthermore I want to look at the definition of a "shoot-out", I would not believe that trying to shoot at a car that is trying to flee is a shoot-out, I am simply using my weapon to slow down/stop the car, not kill the actual person driving the car. The way I interpret a shootout is where a guy is forced to return fire and has no other realistic option. In this case my shots were an attempt to disable the car as he was starting an attempt to flee. Not to kill the individual in question. I was shot by someone who did not see the start of the interaction, I do not believe it is fair to be PKed due to this. I will also put the link to the clip that got me PKed. You can clearly see me in the clip, shooting the car and not damaging the person in the vehicle at all, he stopped his car after I shot and I did not continue to shoot. You can hear me in the clip say "get out the car", then magdump into the car, reload and say again "Get out the car", if I had intentions of killing him I would just reload and shoot him.
