Which he was unable to get me then due to me in said guarding detail until today. When he was going to arrest me he did not say before hand that I was under arrest or detainment, so as a PAG doing security within the city hall I reacted immediately and defended myself by firing my MP40 upon him. I lost due to being crippled and was mid reload. Why should you be un-PK'd?: In the circumstance it was generally poor explanation by the agent for why there was a QO upon me for doing my job, and also the poor conduct of him, as well as him not even trying to explain WHY he decided to even arrest me instead of being professional and talking with me and leading me to whatever I was to go, I was defending myself in the City Hall which was the supreme jurisdiction of the PAG, and I acted accordingly. And this character did not even have a chance to grow yet as I believe Hermann is only a few days old at most. Hello, Looking at the logs it was set to PK active but it was not approved or greenlit by bananaman and he did not overwatch it. i do not know which staff member set it PK active. At this time it will be up to UA to decide and further investigate who set the PK active and then decide if they want to un pk that char. But you also created a new character with the same name as well after this char was pk'd so i do not know if this will be invalid or not hence you created basically the same character with the same name.

Just to expand on this, I was never moved into a separate room. My "PK" took place inside a cell with 7-8 other low-ranking NYPD members, alongside military personnel and the one who shot me. Unless you have a clip to prove your claim, which you are making, then I'd suggest you stop lying. The fact you're failing to clarify what supposedly happened instead of the statement I've provided shows you're either talking about a different situation or intentionally lying about it. I've spoken to several others that were also a part of this supposed "RP Situation". It's come to my attention that multiple low-ranking personnel were "PK'd". What doesn't make sense is making people who have presumably recently joined the community or server start all over again simply attracts players elsewhere. There seems to have been many PKs which had a lack of reasoning or justification during this situation, including mine. I wont be making any further responses on my appeal. Myself along with another member of NYPD were talking with members of Military at their front gate. This was long after any attempted raid. After they refused to continue talking to us I proceeded to lockpick the door to attempt to continue talking with them. The minute I did this, I was shot by yourself without any conversation or roleplay, Quite literally the definition of RDM. I pulled you into a sit and explained all of this to you and you continued to argue your point and believed you were in the right, that is where you promptly banned.

My hands were literally raised in the air and I wasn't moving. You just wanted to shoot someone in the back of the head. I just asked you why you did it, and you just kept insulting me. I then just asked you to apologize for RDming (so you can understand that you can't just shoot people because you feel like it) and you said you don't apologize to faggots. And I never like to show disrespect toward staff members, since whenever I needed help, they were always there to assist with my inquiries—something I truly appreciated. However, this ban was unfair and unnecessary, given that just a few minutes earlier, some police officers had already launched an attack through the side gate of the "Dreadfort" base. And now, the reason I fired is that one of them tried to enter the base illegally using a lockpick—and no, Major, it’s not something I imagined; it’s something I clearly heard, and by the time I realized it, the door was already open. They tried to open the front door, not "the gate." anyway thats all what i can say from my POV.

Just to make you aware your PK was approved by Bannanaman as he was the one who greenlit it and overwatched it To agree with the first comment no, you are not telling the whole story. you were not shot in the face the moment you told a random MP that they should arrest or kill you, you were moved to a seperate location and executed. i do believe that your execution was ordered by the feldmarshal making it a NHC PK. After talking to the senior lieutenant, the military stormed in and cuffed and blindfolded all of us. I then proceeded to be blindfolded for roughly 50 minutes / 1 hour in which no one interacted with me. After asking many times to be unblindfolded, I gave up; roughly just before it hit the hour mark, someone took it off and moved me into a cell with 7-8 other cadets. As I was moved, I said to the guard that they should either let us go or kill us, after which one came up and shot me in the head. Without warning, I was then shown the PK message. Once enquiring with staff, I was told no one had logged the PK and that I should appeal it. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I don't believe any significant roleplay or interaction took place before my supposed "PK". PK'ing someone who has just come onto the server after having them blindfolded for an hour makes no sense and simply draws away people's attraction to the server. No one had spoken to me; no one had interrogated me. I don't believe this is reasonable, PK, and it just sets back me as a new player trying to progress within the ranks of the server. With the addition of it not being logged, I dont believe the staff member had justification to perform this in any shape or form. Additional Information:

Hi @nugget Thanks for making a PK-Appeal. After reviewing the discussion, it appears you initiated a gunfight and died as a consequence. Please take the time to look into the Rules and Regulations as to avoid losing a character like this in the future. Making the decision to gamble your life to cripple a potential detainee is a conscious decision that was made which resulted in a gunfight which then ended with your character sustaining deadly wounds.
