Why should you be un-PK'd?: The PK wasn't a Last resort as their where many other ways they could have gotten revenge/gotten rid of me without resorting to PKing me. At no point did they try to go through any other courts such as the MOJ, they never attempted to my knowledge to get a arrest warrant from the justice mister or MOJ they only attempted the police courts witch are very understaffed and extremely inactive so a trial most of the time wouldn't have been possible. So they naturally would have had to go through the MOJ to begin with. From the beginning of this whole situation I was fully willing to go to trial. In fact when I was arrested by the Feldjagers around a week ago when the whole situation began, I asked to go to trial through MOJ or police courts because I wanted to face what I was being accused of, but instead they were too busy trying to make my character an informant and attempting to get me to sign documents incriminating my self. Witch gave enough time for the NSB to find out and PCO me. I don't think my character should have been pk'd for something that was entirely out of my control. The failure to do the trial and dodging the trial causing my death mainly lies with MOI command. I made it clear to my command and anyone who asked that I was very willing to go and face a trial and I asked the Interior minister and Police courts multiple times when my trial would be, or even if it was going to happen but I never got a clear response. Additional Information: thanks to prime for clearing up why I was pk'd. I know this will probably be denied but theirs no reason not to try.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I was severely confused by the multiple military members trying to yell over each other and was unable to understand them. I was trying to explain that the man in the suit was obstructing the door. They used the incident as an excuse to carry out a PK. They didn't try to interact with the situation in an RP manner or a tactical manner of shooting me in the legs or fully surrounding me, instead, they immediately went for the kill. Shepherd, a great friend. I can attest that he really was remorseful, feeling a deep sorrow for the pain he brought upon the community. Moments after finding out his fate, he ran into a vc call with myself for a shoulder to cry on. Of course, being a good friend, I allowed him to (excessively) trauma dump to me. This community member is deserving of a returned place in this server. I know he will fill his voids of darkness with light and repair his bonds which may have been severed. I wish nothing more than to see my sweet friend Shepherd make a comeback as a roleplayer, and as a great guy to have a fun time with in the server. +1, please bring him back!
