Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I'm a person who can take constructive criticism, and I'm always seeking ways to improve myself. My intention in applying for the staff team is to assist the community by aiding in managing tickets effectively so that uninterrupted roleplay experiences can be provided. I think I would be a great addition to the team because I am dedicated, and have experience in Gmod staffing. I honestly think these qualities would not only be beneficial to the community but also a welcoming addition to the staff team in general. Regarding the rules, I have read them and generally have a good idea of them. I would be more than happy to enforce the rules when needed, not just to punish players but to educate them and just generally keep them aware of the rules, and provide explanation and context to each rule if needed. I would like to inform newer players about the server structure and the way it functions and invite them to at least try to roleplay in the server instead of banning speed run every time they enter the server. I am also a highly forgiving person and I take all the facts and circumstances into due consideration before imposing a punishment. Before I ban or note a person, I would want to make sure they are punished as little as possible if I notice a chance where the person can learn from their mistakes. I showed all of these by not receiving any infractions or bans for the past month and weeks. In conclusion, I think that me joining the staff team as an addition would only be a good thing for the staff team and community, and I will do my best with this role and ensure that I am a good member of staff. [150 Words or more]: As a member of the staff team, my duties and responsibilities will be to ensure members of Prometheus Networks are holding true to the rules for proper roleplay experiences to ensue. Continuing, rules shouldn't be like an iron fist, if someone has a question or made a genuine mistake, you need to educate them where they made the mistake. You are speaking for the community and should be a good example. Be respectful, patient, and understanding when dealing with tickets, responding to questions, and assisting players who need help or clarification. Good communication and empathy are key. As I mentioned above, I would need to be more than certain in enforcing the rules when needed, not just to punish players but to educate them and overall inform them of the rules, and describe and clarify every rule if needed. Description of the idea: When someone doorkicks it should automatically do a /me with someonething along the lines of "Grenadier Example Humphrey kicks down the door in front of him..." ideally also playing some kind of sound effect. Why should this be added?: Way too many people minge, doorkick and go "Oh the door was unlocked!" no one can prove anything because it doesn't even play an animation, it's just silly and abused far too often. What negatives could this have?: Minges can't get away with doorkicking anymore. Additional information: N/A

You then raised your gun and started shooting in the air for some reason...? You were then shot and killed meaning you were PK'd under the PK guideline: "Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP" Also I'll make this clear that apologising in your PK appeal is irrelevant and is not taken into consideration. I just figured that someone who's player number is basically day 1 to the server would be very well versed in rules. I feel that it certainly warranted a note, and like I had said basically as soon as 178 popped in, mango was not going to be pressing him, which struck me as odd. Like I said I may just be retarded in this situation, but it seemed pretty odd. Not to beat a dead horse, but him showing up in a building moments after coming in and killing me to press an individual who was in a building that was literally his property and has keys to, was really weird as well and would also fall into some sort of exemption on the PK because me and the guy i was with had each others F3 and that dude had just rdmd me while he was 9 feet above him on the catwalk, kind of seems like the guy I was with was certainly going to be considered PK active, if not for killing me, certainly for coming back in a couple minutes and trying to illegally arrest him, which when he pulls the trench shotgun out and says "don't move,dont move" moments after killing his buddy with that same gun seems a bit more plausible to warrant a PK. Mango handling both of them and nothing coming of it just seemed off to me. But that being said, no asskissing or glazing, you are the most well rounded and logical staff around, but with all of the context in mind if you say that no wrongdoing is found, then I will fully accept that and formally apologize to Mangoman.
