  6. You had a pretty decent winning argument that you could have said that @Primewas acting out of turn and causing major disruption. However, you went full retard and killed a member of the Drachengruppe. Regardless if Prime was right or wrong, you idealistically should have submitted to arrest, been fine, lived, and argued it at a later time. I, as Baumer, would have likely agreed with you. Instead, you murdered someone. Obviously, denied.
  7. Then why is my superior officer not to blame, I was following orders
  8. It has been ICly directed that any individual who shoot the Drachengruppe get executed. Regardless of the merits of him being there or the "incitement" you were liable to PK when you shot him openly in front of many witnesses, one of which has a photo of you doing it. -1.
  9. You SHOT a member of the PERSONAL guarding unit of the EMPEROR. If you took the time to type this schizo rant of a background you should understand that what you did is instant death. You were the first CO rank. Literally a nothing compared to the War Plenipotentiary and the SKK. Lock in yo
  10. NSB is filled with retards, they're whole job is to PK lol
  11. Out of Roleplay I shouldn't truly be upset about this. However losing a character you've invested time and emotion into, especially when you believe your actions were justified and followed the rules, can be really frustrating and disheartening. It's tough when you feel like you did everything right, only to face a penalty like a PK. I put a lot into crafting Wolfgang's story and playing him consistently, particularly with his motivations and passions stemming from his past. I truly feel a strong connection to my character and their narrative, an unexpected PK feels like a personal blow, not just a game event although this is a normal cycle. I feel like I clearly articulated my case with a lot of detail, both in terms of the in-game rules and the powerful backstory which lead to Wolfgang's quick and heroi c actions. I hope my genuine emotion resonates through this appeal.
  12. Song Listen to that song while listening for maximum immersion. Wolfgang 'Dexter' Leopold's path to Kommissar was paved with the pieces of a family that a world always on the edge had helped tear apart. He had been raised as a child living with violence all around him; a silent spectator with an inherent sense of responsibility and obligation too great for a child. Both parents were obvious low-level civil servants whose main contribution was to hopefully provide some respect for order, and a belief that a stable society was the only barrier against the violence, conflict and chaos they experienced and obser ved on a daily basis. The Burden of a Broken Home The first cracks appeared when his older sister, a free-spirited and strong-willed person, joined a dissident group because she believed the system in which they lived was rotten to the core. Wolfgang, still just a child, pleaded with her, but his quiet voice could not change her mind. As she slipped away he felt helpless, as it did not take long for her to disappear completely into the underground. The last letter Wolfgang received from his sister described an ideology and sacrifice, an excerpt of hunger and fears. He never received another letter. Nothing but silence. It felt like a hole in his young heart. He felt his parents strain under the impending news; their lives had already been made hard by the horrible political and oppressive environment due to Sparatcusists. His mother became reclusive. Without losing her fortitude, she seemed to succumb her laugh in exchange for tragic memories. His father, at one moment jovial, going to sleep a night as if he could never wake up, awoke instead slightly grayer in one day as if memories tackled with a rooted arm onto his shoulders. A Promise to a Fading Legacy In his dejected condition, Wolfgang quietly made a pledge to himself. He would now devote his life to serving the same order that his sister had railed against not as revenge, but in the hope that by doing so, he could take measures to avoid others suffering the same fate as his family, while never forgetting who he was and what he had suffered before. Wolfgang would become a foundation of the system, the wall against the chaos that had dethroned his sister and left his parents broken. He immersed himself in work and kept to himself with an inconsolable yearning and the bittersweet reflection of his sister's fierce spirit in his mind. He studied law and policy papers and made his way through processes and behaviors for things differently than any of his cohorts, with his dedication and attention to detail perhaps stricter than any of his cohort. The Kommissar's Burden He moved up quickly in the Ministry of Interior; he was competent, intelligent, and hardworking as I learned. Too competent, and intelligent to suppress. But as he moved up even further the burden of what he lost from his past grew heavier. He would become Kommissar Wolfgang 'Dexter' Leopold; a man held in esteem for his unequivocal commitment to rules, his unfailing calm and rational thinking in situations of crisis, almost mechanical in his efficiency. However, beneath this mask of stoicism, the boy who lost everything remained; a shattered boy, ever reminded of how they were destroyed by the Spartacus idea. When two blind followers came crashing into the Office of the Interior Minister, guns drawn, it was a risk to the state, sure but it was even more an instinctive reminder of the disarray that had stolen his sister away from him. There is no hesitation, not because he was a ruthless murderer, but because he saw the forces of disorder fall away, and he needed to stand with the minister, the State Secretary, and parenthetically speaking, the other generals in the room at that moment to stand against the tide, just like he promised himself he would all those years ago. Well, when he used lethal force to protect the NHC, that certainly was not a decision made out of hatred; he truly saw that the firearms were tools of chaos, and he threw himself into the harrowing, miserable act of falsifying a sense of security he so dearly wished to see built and fostered throughout his lifetime. And, of course, now apparently chasing a potential PK (despite its deliberate discriminating position), I found that the irony was to cut like a hot knife in butter: my willingness and desire to follow my duty, born out of a reverberating loss, might now be the catalyst that brings my position as a officer and antiquated understanding of what my life accepted in this position to an end.
  13. Character's name & rank: Kommissar Wolfgang 'Dexter' Leopold SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): 76561198003682859 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Prime Explain why you were PK'd: I was pked for killing a jaeger and drachengruppe member after they stormed into the office of the interior minister with guns drawn. Both were on seperate instances and followed fear rp rules. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I do not understand why I was PKed since it was not Not using PKs as a LAST resort. This only applies when PKing players of importance (i.e. Last resort is not required for PKing a Grenadier). I would like to humbly assume the Head of Administration of the Ministry of Interior is somewhat important Also PKing for solely doing work legally within one's job. The 1941 access policy which is this link https://docs.google.com/document/d/1gjC6N6JvrPkq2BxfL6fCXvBvJTTYGIm9ligTReAOt5c/edit?tab=t.0 Which as of 9:30 PM 6/27/25 is the current active policy states on the last line that lethal force can be used if authorized. Due to the rules of engagement being slightly set on a race track going from 0 to 100 when they had guns out I was forced to use lethal force, dispatching both. I needed to protect the leading state secretary and other NHC/Generals i the room. I was told by the leading state secretary here is the clip of the first and second killings: https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/kA1EFEik1xeynRJ7I?invite=cr-MSxCWWgsMTg4NjkxNjU1 https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/kA1FAq4GontOT9SVR?invite=cr-MSwyUVcsMTg4NjkxNjU1 Here is the clip of my detainment https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/kA1IrxMcppRuJtI8N?invite=cr-MSxQTk4sMTg4NjkxNjU1 In the second clip you can hear my leading state secretary tell them to get out of the office so when one pulled a gun on me I fired defending myself and everyone in the office. Please keep in mind if a LaPo is told to arrest someone or escort someone out and they pull a gun out and kill them they aren't to be charged with murder and put to death. I would like to also state that PKING Was the first choice made, they didn't choose alternatives before that and therefore broke the pk rule 4. Attempt to resolve the matter using other means which don't involve PKing first, unless it is deemed impossible, and agreed upon by the approving staff member. I really liked this job, all I do is write documents and the one time I kill someone I get pked when I was just following orders from the second highest member of my ministry. I was told they were carrying out a revolution and I was tasked with stopping it. Please do not let me get pked. Attached is a image of my bloodline ending here if I do get wrongfully PKED

  17. I wouldn't call that "easy" to do. This is just asking for a map update which has been suggested multiple times before. They have plenty of places to go. They might just look at the sewers as a "safezone" because it has a PK threat to any faction coming down there. There are still buildings all over especially near alley ways. This is true. Specifically apartments would allow for more police raiding rp and more criminal based roleplay. We ALL want landlord rp... Staff have ESP they would be able to cover ground easily.
  18. Description of the idea: Essentially what I am suggesting is to add more indiscrete locations to add more diversity and more opportunity for civilians/criminals to conduct RP. For example, if a civilian wants to capture someone and hold them in a location, right now they have almost nowhere and no place to go other than the sewers. This, in my opinion, can be fixed very easily by simply making more space on the map and adding more filler buildings onto the map to give civilians more space to somewhat stretch their legs and to conduct their own roleplay without it always being right next to a major construction such as the bank or the Interior Ministry building. Adding things like new buildings or perhaps new constructions in nature such as a forest or cave would be highly beneficial to civilians and generally non-governmental roleplay. Why should this be added?: I feel this should be added to the game as it would help to promote new and more unique roleplay opportunities for not only civilians, but for government factions as well. By giving civilians more opportunities to have their own roleplay scenarios and by giving criminals more space to work with and more diverse buildings/environments, it would make the job of the government a bit harder and therefore a bit more fun as a faction, for example the NSB, would have to actually go out of their way to conduct reconnaissance on a specific building or specific person to narrow a search as searching every building for one person would not be practical. In addition to these bits of roleplay, it would give different factions and different companies more opportunities to expand their horizons by purchasing new pieces of land or new buildings for their own operations to enhance the roleplay for the people in those companies or in those factions. What negatives could this have?: In addition to making it easier for civilians and criminals to commit crimes, it will make getting rid of minges a lot harder as staff would have more ground to cover in a sense. Staff can typically monitor situations pretty easily since the current map is somewhat smaller, but since new buildings and new pieces of area would most likely lead to a bit of an expansion of the current map size, it would make it harder for staff to cover all necessary areas and to prevent most violations of the rules. Additional information: I think the appearance of terrain would be a very nice touch to the map, especially things like hills or rivers would be a great addition to make the map seem more realistic. In addition to terrain, an introduction of things like churches or civilian-led roleplay spots would be a fantastic touch and would definitely help to promote more civilian roleplay as the majority of the current civilian roleplay is just acting as either a criminal or a business owner which could definitely be fixed by adding more roleplay spots like these.
  19. You were detained for doing something and straight up said you'd do it again. Not a good idea to tell your captors you plan on pissing them off again, even if you were joking.
