and then you broke failRP, by coming back to me after you killed me tried to arrest me again because you said I wasn't Lapo, but for some reason you knew to arrest me at spawn in lapo station after the first time you killed me. no warning of a pk either, if it was such a big deal why not pull me aside or something, I would played along with your stupid story if it was more believable, respectfully.

We were literally on the same arrest and in the same group, zero reason for you to try and arrest me unless you just wanted to ban someone, there was a million civis and lapo around at once, ridiculous.

At the time, I was immature, didn't fully understand the server or how I was expected to behave, and I made poor decisions that negatively affected the experience of others. Since then, several months have passed, and I've had the opportunity to see my friends playing on the server and have even tried the game during sleepovers. Watching them has helped me better understand how the server works and the standards expected from its players. Looking back, I realize that my previous behaviour was unacceptable, and I sincerely regret how I acted. I am asking for a second chance because I genuinely want to return and be a positive member of the community. Many of my friends regularly play on the server, and it looks like a fun and immersive experience that I would love to be part of again. If I am given another opportunity, I will follow all server rules and the Terms of Service at all times. I will treat both staff and players with respect and do my best to contribute positively to the community. During the civil war, someone told me to kill a Lapo member, so I did it thinking it was part of the situation. I didn’t realize it would count as RDM and get me banned. That’s completely my bad — I should’ve made sure it was allowed first instead of just going for it. I’m sorry for killing that player and messing up their day. Explain why your flags should be unblacklisted: i have built many great things on this server from vault-tec bunkers, casinos, custom office builds, etc. I would like to contrbute more by building fun hings that benefit roleplay and when i was flag banned it was not for disrupting a rp scenario it seemed to be quickly without explanation as I was not even brought in for a sit. Hi, I was the staff overwatching the PK, approved by Slug. From what I was told the PK was already approved on you and deemed allowed for what you had done, and the only why you'd be able to appeal is on how they killed you. Sadly, I do not have a clip but what occurred was he was taken from the Cells to the Interrogation room and confronted by the Lapo Chief in this conversation the Lapo chief stated he was going to die, they then transported him in a civilian truck with a civilian car behind it to the outskirts of Berlin near summerhall where he was put on a wall and firing lined by the Landespolizei. In my opinion from what I was told "He' gotta at least rp it out a bit, let him know he's gonna die, etc. If he just runs up and kills him in the cells in 5 seconds he'll be able to pk appeal pretty easily" the PK is valid and has opened up the Lapo chief to get PKed back from the Kaisergarde due to the amount of witnesses that could come forward.
