Hi, I was the one that handled the PK and then got it approved by JimmyJr. Although you claim that the shot is accidental and you had no intent to start a gunfight your intent is not what is the problem it is the impact of it. You still fired a shot which hit a member of the military in front of other members of the military which constitutes a gunfight. It doesn't matter if it is deliberate or accidental you just simply need to learn trigger discipline. As also shown in the clip you continue to aim at the NCO and even aim in which to others signals that you are most likely going to do another shot.

Hello, I want to make something clear, I wasn't the one who PK'ed you, but another staff member had PK'ed you and I had approved it. I approved it cause in the clip you shot at the military guy which when the other military CO saw you, he shot back. Now for you saying you might had accidentally shot him, that could be true or just a lie. It could have really been an accident but from the POV of the guy who requested the PK on you, he doesn't know that.

At this point the Agorists have been retro-actively mentioned within Larp, appearing on many documents, hell a document was recently posted about them in announcements by the GSA. The buildup for the group has been consistent, they've been doing everything right, distributing leaflets, targeted kidnappings to support their agenda, criminal activity in private and in the open and of course gaining members and notoriety before becoming official as well as avoiding problematic individuals "to my knowledge" that would devolve it into a minge faction. They've done the right things and ultimately if they continue and should wholeheartedly continue, should be recognized for their work! 1+

So essentially: You made a ticket requesting a suit model on a civ char, after that ticket was made I sent a message in staff chat saying to appropriate your name once the ticket was addressed; it was maybe within minutes that I was told you were being argumentative about the name change request so I stepped in myself by pulling you into a sit with the original staff member taking the ticket being Augustus. When being asked about the name instead of seeing reason you just said "The server allowed me to set this name!" assuming that just because there wasn't a character limit that it would be allowed. I told you to change your name and you then pasted yet another long name in chat showing no intent to display yourself in even a somewhat serious manner and when I informed you that I had no other decision other than to ban you considering your previous infractions you began lashing out. TLDR: You were asked to get a name change, refuse, asked by UA, refuse again and then proceeded to supply yet another stupidly long name. You have been banned 3 times before this, two separate times for 1 month, one for 2 weeks, and have 4 notes on your account. Among these infractions are multiple offenses for metagaming, lying to staff, and one just being for flat out racism? With someone who has the record of lying to staff and having a complete lack of control over yourself I really feel almost no sympathy for this situation but rather for the fact that you actually need to find something else to do with your free time. Your appeal will be Accepted but upon your next infraction you will be banned for 3 months.

I think apologizing and being honest is the number one policy, I complete understand my mistake and personally reached out to Spiral to apologize for wasting his time and defying him. I realise I wasn't in the right headspace however 2 more months of my sentence will have no more of an effect on my mindset, this will not happen again and I am going to savor the rest of my days on PRN. I dont want to lose a summer worth of playing over something I did in the moment that was dumb.

I see more of my men, that have arrived as back up shoot and get shot, so I shoot as well. I was defending myself and the honor of the KG, I had no idea that what I was doing could be considered a PK-able offense. + I put a ton of time into my character and I really don't want to or have the time to rebuild it and accumulate all of my money again.

He was released from the MoI, in front of the entire online Feldjager division. PieLard took pictures of him leaving the MoI. Instead of your Feld assisting him back to the ICC, they decided to stay and argue with the CO's of the NSB. He was then subsequently shot, basically out of field of vision of PieLard by a seperate entity entirely. There is no logical view you could even have to view PieLard as responsible here, the Major was released to the Feld, he was no longer in NSB custody. That is like suggesting if you get arrested, taken to the police station, released by the police after their investigation, and when you're a block away from the police station you get shot that it is somehow the polices fault. It doesn't track, just screams either metagame or wishful thinking to me. The military involved had both PieLard and the Major in sight when the Major was shot, quite literally impossible for him to be placed at fault without intel suggesting otherwise. Based on every report I've looked at on this instance, that is not the case. Most the reports I've seen regarding PieLard were signed by an invidiual of the name of "Bobb Pikemen", who I have personal experience with of totally fabricating documents/situations. This is fine, but it can not result in a PK, so I take all of the reports with his signature at very very low value in regards to a PK. Regardless, your own reports even state the NSB was attempting to make an arrest, the indiviudals who were being arrested RAN and the NSB pursued. You've essentially admiting to harboring a fugitive, which again is fine, and you could possibly argue this as a supporting point, but it is certainly not a strong one. I believe these batch of reports were about the only ones to even list PieLard/Reto Stein by name. This is an interesting point to make, as I am not sure how you attributed the other actions to PieLard with majority of the other documents not even containing his name. Regardless, I think this is the only point of value or with decent enough documentation/investigation to back up. I'd commend the indiviudal who conducted this investigation as this was the only reason I didn't instanteously accept this appeal when I was reading over the documents. Final Verdit: There is far too much fluff in here for me to be happy with, two of the three points are shaky and poor or just completely wrong. I think the best bet would have been to expand upon the 3rd point and really hammer in on that. I think witness statements are good, and the investigation itself is well conducted, however, it in and of itself is not quite enough to warrant a PK. I think further investigation either covertly or openly (with courts, Federal Council, etc) could have been conducted to really enforce this. This appeal is accepted on these grounds. This is just false. I did not sign the PCO. Yes I served the PCO, so what. Regarding "Being in the area" no shit I was. The MOI is right next to the femina, took me 30 seconds to get there. Who were the first people there? Feld. Not even me. I got there after the armed forces.

Hello PieLard, I ordered you to be shot under the KM order PK guideline. There are several reasons for this, as you have been informed. I will go through each of them. 1. On June 9, Major Hartmann von Konig was PCO'd, by yourself, and died while under your watch. You were on scene, and it was your PCO that ultimately led him to be shot in front of the Femina. I received four written reports on this event detailing several witnesses who attested to you serving the warrant and being in the vicinity of von Konig's death, in the sewers. I had good reason to suspect that you resulted in the Major's death, even if you didn't pull the trigger. 2. On June 9, I received six written, detailed reports of you (mentioned by name) kicking down the ICC door in search of an enlisted. You kicking down the door let plenty of MOI personnel inside the ICC, leading to a large conflict within our base. You did this in front of several members of the Mountaineers, Feldjagers, and Reserve Army. 3. On June 16, I received seven written, detailed reports of you (also mentioned by name) in civilian clothing at the Reichstag, kidnapping a member of the Armed Forces at gunpoint, after he was knocked down by a vehicle, and bringing him to the Industrial District. It was reported that this individual had his uniform stolen, by you, and was released. There were also several concurrent situations, that same day, of similar instances occurring with NSB officials in civilian attire. Pictures of you were attached to these reports. To respond to your raised points: 1. Going through the courts is not a required step for major grievances as detailed above. I had strong doubts of the court's ability to remedy my frustration. 2. I have sympathy for your argument that your department needs your help, though I'd argue a struggling department, which I'd say is doing a lot better than several weeks ago, does not warrant such careless ambition to kidnap individuals in the Reichstag square to steal their uniforms, kicking open doors in front of several witnesses, leading to a standoff within the ICC, and being at the murder scene of an individual whose PCO you signed personally moments earlier.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: Well to begin my involvement in the death of the Major of the Feld was restricted to solely taking pictures of the Major as he left the MOI. I took no part in the planning or actual shooting of this Major. Additionally the reason the whole thing was pinned on me was because after the murder, I went into the Femina went into the sewers ( To search for the shooters) and when I saw no-one in there I exited. As for breaking into the ICC at this point anything is breaking into the ICC. Thought I am not sure of the exact situation referenced the report provided to Virus, I can not recall a time that I have entered the ICC without either gaining permission or simply waiting in the ICC entrance area and just standing there. As for the "List of other offenses" I can not comment on them because I am unsure of what they could even be. The NSB is in a very bad spot right now and struggling to get anything done. Having people shot and killed for producing RP in a time when there is a massive lack of it coming from the NSB is only going to hurt RP overall. I also feel that this was not a last resort option. Given the revival of the MOJ I believe that a trial for my alleged action would be much more beneficial to RP overall. Additional Information: If by chance this PK appeal is denied I would like to request that I am able to immediately re enter the NSB as an enlisted instead of waiting 2 weeks.

So for context me and 5-6 members of the KG were attempting to get the papers of an non-compliant heer NCO. Due to his belligerence we resolved to point our guns at him to get him to stop moving. The others pulled out theirs guns and told the NCO upwards of 10 times to stop moving. This is when I pulled out my gun and accidentally shot the NCO in the shoulder. I said "sorry" then began to repeat the bog standard line "you're under gunpoint, stop moving" . About 3 seconds elapsed between me accidentally shooting the NCO and the military shooting and killing me. (As seen in the clip below) This to me is proof that there was no intent nor follow through to start a gun fight. I feel the reasoning behind the char ban is pretty flimsy. Also, just to add, even if it was an actual "STRENG GEHEIM UBER TOP SECRET DOKUMENT JAWOHL!!!" document, you'd also be PK'd for it. So it doesn't really matter.

Hello, thank you for making a PK appeal. Your appeal is Denied. While you were in cuffs you had started to scream at someone to run because the NSB were trying to arrest him. Tying someone up and then searching their pockets when told not too. Icing is on the cake is the document, you knew what it was and kept it in your inventory. You deserved to be shot for that alone. This is top tier degeneracy. You knew what this document was, if you ever get PKd again try not to lie and use the excuse that you got PKd because Gary is Upper Administration. d Another thing which doesn't give the UA reason to believe you should be unPKd

Something someone else mentioned was it could have been a legit document when I stole it, but could have gotten nuked. Again, when I tried to open it before I never waited long enough for it to load, so I saw the empty box and thought it was just an rp thing.
