Hello, I was the staff member who issued the ban. First of all you got banned for Leaving to Avoid Roleplay, you were being chased by the MOI, you were shot in the process so they ran into the ICC to detain you, you went and purchased some stuff from the vendor in the BB after that you went to the front entrance of BB once you were right next to the door you saw that the NSB general and his men were running towards the BB and the second you saw them running towards you, you left, after which NSB-Generalinspektor made a ticket asking if you had left the game as they were searching for you and as I saw you leave as they were running to the BB I claimed the ticket and took action. As usual the final decision is up to the UA but to summarise my reasoning, you saw MOI coming to take you so you left the game to avoid roleplaying with them.

Hello, I was the staff member who issued the ban. The reason for your ban was due to very clear NITRP (No Intention To Roleplay) behavior that you were displaying. You were going around acting moronic towards multiple high ranking Military generals and generally acting like a minge during a important Roleplay situation and showing no regard for your characters life. Your mingy behavior was very distruptive to the actual Roleplay situation that was happening inside of the Military base. Additionally, you failed to mention that you had already been kicked for NITRP (No Intention To Roleplay) by another staff member just before your ban. That previous warning should have been enough for you to correct you behavior yet immediately after returning from your kick, you began punch minging by running around and punching multiple members of the Military for no reason, which further confirmed you had no intent to engage in any sort of serious roleplay and that you were looking to just troll and disrupt the roleplay situation. So because of this consistent and disruptive behavior, I chose to ban your character which you clearly showed you did not care about and issue a 2 day ban for NITRP (No Intention To Roleplay). Given your conduct, a sit was not warranted and your actions made it clear that you were not interested in roleplaying. While we understand that new players may make mistakes, this went beyond any confusion or inexperience as you showed a repeated disregard for the server rules.

While they were tailing me for awhile with no interaction before I was shot at by them. After said gunfight they started I died and after I did die I decided to leave since it was almost 11pm EST. Honestly, don't think the ban was justified at all. Was going back to the ICC and log off since it is so late. Interaction ended, and after i died i went to the vendor and logged off. I was tied up by the military then they got ran over so I tried to escape. The admin just banned my character which i've put in a decent amount of work into and then proceeded the ban for 2 days no pulling to a sit or anything just boom banned. I wish I could've been told what I did wrong so I could've improved my rp abilities within that certain scene. I try to do good rp on my 1 detective character you can ask any Lapo that knows me. When I was going backwards, somebody ran out in front of my car, not sure if that's what he intended to do but he ran out of the rest of the line and I couldn't slow down the car intime, I tried to as you can see, thus I was forced to hit him cause momentum. I tried to slow the car but it happened too fast and I think that attempted mass vdm is not accurate. Hey thanks for taking the time to read this. I just wanted to explain my side of what happened and hopefully clear things up a bit. I was banned for LTARP after switching to my KG character and going AFK but I wasn’t trying to avoid roleplay or anything like that. I had just been released by the military and then went to the bathroom. I was gone for about 13 minutes and when I came back, I saw I’d been banned. I didn’t even see the in-game advert asking me to come back to Tiny China since I wasn’t at my PC. One of my friends messaged me on Discord asking why I was AFK and I explained the situation. That’s when I learned people thought I had left to avoid RP. That wasn’t the case at all, and I get how it might’ve looked like that, but it really was just bad timing on my part. I also heard that some people were upset with my RP as Wang L i Can admit i was being a retard I apologize. I didn’t realize it was being taken that way and I’ll definitely be more careful going forward. It honestly sucks because I was supposed to get a medal the next day and now it feels like everything got thrown off. I really enjoy playing on the server and being part of the community. Any engaging rp I attempted to create or take part in with any position I managed to acquire has always been overshadowed by bad actors who almost always enacted their will through non-rp means which in the end wastes everyone who is within that communities time. Or if there was any sort of "rp" it was nearly entirely heavily metagamed beforehand by whoever is in the GAs inner circle. I will not be making any direct allegations but everyone knows that peoples personal information have been shared in certain germany rp circles and there have been times where ive felt mildly unsafe simply because somebody has decided to turn their scorn to me or someone ive been related to because of some petty dispute usually over something extremely autistic. All of these things combined have made me really appreciate the security that prom provides and the degeneracy that it actively strays away from. To my knowledge there has never been an incident of that nature on prom and if there ever has been I imagine it has been swiftly dealt with by the administration. I have been playing prom before it was censored due to Garys beliefs but I never truly understood how far above it stood in terms of professionalism and moderation until I started heavily joining other germany rp communites. Anyway, none of this has directly addressed my actions ingame just my aftermath experiences that made me realise how much better things are on prom. I dont remember what exactly I did to get my second permaban but I imagine that it was something similar to my first permaban, then my 2 and half month ban which is more likely then not me kidnapping high ranking people and then shooting them. I do honestly regret doing these things not only because as all larpers know minges are annoying as hell to deal with but also because I realise now that I was "shitting where I eat" in a manner of speaking and all for some dumb low brow e-thrill that doesnt really end up accomplishing very much. Ive been larping since 2021ish so I actually DO know how to rp properly and I have done so in some pretty high ranking positions on prom in the past. This has just been me acting like a fool on a server that has given me 10x more enjoyment then any other germany rp server ive played combined. I understand that these words might not be very convincing especially with my prior perma and that extremely lengthy ban so im not going to be surprised if this appeal gets rejected but I just want it to be known that im genuinely sorry for my past dumbass actions. I lay here prostrate awaiting your judgement. All I wish for now is to have some GENUINE rp so I can have GENUINE fun while not being mired by petty crap that nobody in their right mind should care about and I swear that I shall not knowingly transgress the server rules again if I were to be unbanned. Put 1 gun inside of a trunk of a car. 3. Put the car back into the garage. 4. Die with the other gun that is equipped. 5. Bring out the car out of the garage. 5. Congratulations. The gun is now permanently stuck in your car's trunk.
