His actions are understandable, espcially considering your history of disrupting situations like what happened yesterday, where you essentially RDM'd Saito when he was NHC member / Interior Minister during his coup attempt and were immediately gunned down for it. Regarding your officer status if the Kaisergarde Chief and Deputy are the only ones authorized to approve new officers and you were not approved as an officer, then your removal is completely valid and from what I have been told is that your removal was approved by the Chief of the Kaisergarde so this would be considered an IC issue.

As to point out your Purchased rank's specification: The listed ranks are for Military, however it will transfer to the equivelent for any other faction. After creation you may transfer out to another faction rank equivalent if you wish to do so. (With IC approval).

I was going to play another game and then go to my character and wait for the 25 minutes to pass, I had no idea you could get banned for LTARP being in jail, someone explain how that's bannable please, I wasn't told that if I left the server I would get banned so I didn't expect it really to happen, I thought I could leave the server and once I want to come back I could go in my character wait for 25 minutes but if there's no LAPO around I could call staff and say "Hey I've been here for about 25 minutes" and I thought like "Well if I get back, which my character will get spawned in jail right away I could just move onto another character and be done" Additional Information: I know it makes sense that if I left and rejoin I could just door kick and escape which is one thing. But I didn't know leaving jail was bannable offense

Hey there--I feel compelled to reply to this appeal. I was involved in the situation and was one of if not the leader of the entire situation in the office. I can confidently say that Anarky (Klaus von Verz) was NOT there at all until the hospital situation--of which we simply just messed around after that. He was not there at all and was even confused upon coming back at what was happening. I am purely commenting on this just to set the record straight. There were others you did Pk that were totally guilty of what they were accused of--but Anarky was not one of them and was only affiliated with us.
