Klaus Dietrich has been the name of my justice character since at least 2020, generally taking over the majority of my time in game over my other characters. Obergrenadier Heinrich Sauer, an enlisted member of the Feldgendarm. At first hell bent on rising to the position of chief for the war courts but mysteriously ceased trying once the completely unrelated Klaus Dietrich became a Minister. Now he arrives periodically to support the military when conflict arises. How long have you been roleplaying?: I’ve been on prometheus essentially since its inception when I fled from the previous group with many others. As for 1942RP from around 2017 or 2018, the earliest verifiable evidence is from August of 2018 when I joined “that” forum. Outside of 1942RP my earliest record of this type of RP would be from 2015 back when star wars RP was in vogue. 3700+ hours mostly in the 1942RP genre (that's depressing actually). If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: I do not have any notes or bans as far as I'm aware and have been told. Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? I frankly do not have any staff experience within Gmod as a whole. My work experience has me using complex systems and my Gmod experience has been dedicated almost exclusively to the Justice Ministry for the past 6 years. This oddly gives me some type of experience with regards to reviewing evidence, determining results and thereafter logging them. Not the same by any means but the closest as would be relevant to this application. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: Being a player on Prometheus, albeit with several sometimes extended breaks since its inception and a player on the former community in which many of the older playerbase were once a part of as well, I have a fairly good understanding of both the community and its needs. During my time on Prometheus I have generally tried to contribute positively towards the roleplay experience of others even at my own detriment to some extent, utilizing any RPI postings I was granted primarily for the purpose of enhancing the experience of the general playerbase. I believe a good staff member is somebody who can represent the community, is an actual part of said community whilst providing a fair and timely response to issues which affect roleplay or otherwise harm the experience of others. Patience, general understanding and approachability to others particularly new players are all aspects that affect the quality of a staff member and I hope that if accepted I would fulfil these aspects. As an active member of the community who does his best to be approachable and fair I believe I would make an adequate member of the team. I would make best effort to provide an approachable avenue for players to come to when needed whilst providing a reasonable remedy when necessary. The end goal is to support the needs of the community and its playerbase whilst meeting the requirements made by senior staff. I would hope to fulfill these requirements and provide that service which was so helpful during my time on Prometheus. Moderation of a server is often thankless and whilst much of the work may go unnoticed by some I do believe that contributing back into the community I’ve spent such a long time as a part of is important. I would like to contribute towards the success of the community, a goal which I find to be worthwhile. I would aim to be a dependable member of the staff team, working alongside other staff members in a professional manner and continue to learn from others who have served on the staff team for longer than I would. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: Ensuring that server rules are applied fairly and in a timely manner. Responding to tickets as they’re created and attempting to make sure players who do make a staff report aren't standing there for extended periods of time waiting for a ticket to be taken. Staff stands to represent the server and is the first line of defense with regards to unsavory actors who might otherwise stand to make the server unenjoyable for those who wish to actually participate in RP. Staff members must act impartially and with due regard to the actual text of server rules, enforce rules in line with the spirit of the server and know when to request assistance in interpretation whenever it is required. Server Staff also serves a dual purpose in ensuring that RP is conducted appropriately and providing avenues for RP to occur that the general user base will be unable to enforce. It’s also extremely important that a staff member is an approachable and viable community member and representative, setting the standards for those around them. Notes:

Regarding the PK Reason. You decided to call a member of the NHC corrupt, on your own with no reliable backing when even your "own" faction doesn't back you. Of course I'm going to step in and stop the State from taking a blow reputationally and otherwise by allowing ANOTHER faction to kill you. Initially I wasn't going to kill you, and didn't request it for that reason but then you delved into being frankly retarded, and literally published a document couping me at that point you signed your own death warrant not me. Regarding finding you in the Interior, I actually followed you for quite some time yesterday while waiting for a PK overwatch, but sadly despite messaging numerous members of UA and Admin+ over the course of about 90 minutes none of them came so I had to do it today instead. Next time don't take Shelter in the Order Marshal's Office when it was borderline publicly known that the MOI was sheltering you. There was dozens of better hiding spots in the Interior, you chose the literal worst one other than straight up standing in the lobby. This was entirely your own doing, I don't know why you're acting like you didn't bring this upon yourself you even said you wanted to die. I just chose a death for you that benefitted my faction rather than someone elses.

K stands for a Permanent-Kill. For a permanent-kill to occur, it must follow the PK Guidelines. Once a character is PK'd, all access to the character is lost. The only way to gain access to said character is to appeal the PK, and have it accepted under the pretense the PK did not follow PK guidelines. The party organized a summons to explain myself why I called the MOW a corrupt. And Azrael, in attempt to save the state some face, decided to use Whoreson's decision of erasing every document where his last char's name(Falkernrath or something) was present(he got a name PK for sending the army into the MOI to kill the KM and OM), which also included my appointment document, to call me an impersonator of the State, thus making me at best a civillian and at worst a criminal for impersonating to being a State Minister. Either way, I decided that if I were to go without a fight regarding Azrael's claim, the party courts would have had a field day in dragging me through either their own courts or letting the KM and his courts shoot me. So I had to fight for the position in the document larp. One of the strategies was to attempt to humiliate Azrael's character and get his powers as CDBK either halted or at least questioned. Forward to Today, around 10:00 pm - 00:00 am CEST- I was in the Leading State Secretary of the Interior's office, and out of nowhere, I saw Azrael's char barging into the room and putting me in handcuffs. Just some minutes later, he shoots me in the office. Why should you be un-PK'd?: Purposefully subjecting someone into a situation which puts them under valid PK guidelines. My entire decision to fight Azrael was purely because he forced me to fight my position as State Minister.(with the most undesirable argumentation, that being whoreson punishing him for trying to PK 2 NHC in a night and still let him be CDBK by just changing his name and deleting all documents regarding his name)Because if I weren't a recognized State Minister, the party would see me as a civilian at best and as a party member. Which then they would've shot me or given me to the War courts to shoot me. Either way, my decision to fight Azrael was necessary for my character's own survival, if not, I would be put in the situation of my death being ordered in some courts. Not using PKs as a LAST resort. This only applies when PKing players of importance (i.e. Last resort is not required for PKing a Grenadier). Azrael's PK's order was in no way a last resort. Not only did he force me into a situation where I had to defend the claim of being State Minister, or I would die, but he never once tried to resolve this situation by not putting me into a PKable situation. He either insisted that I was never a State Minister, which, again, would have resulted in the Party/Military having the day of their lives with me, or he directly ordered my PK on a document. Never once did he give me an option of getting out with my character realistically surviving. In comparison, I never once ordered or even suggested his death on any of my published documents tied to this debacle. PKing someone with power-gamed information. ie: Putting a gun up to someone and forcing them to sign a confession document. The entire situation in the Leading State Secretary of the Interior's office was extremely suspicious. While I cannot have clear-cut evidence that Azrael did not use some kind of IC-gathered Information to get me and kill me, it is extremely lucky for someone in that situation to be able to search throughout all the MOI(or even better, knowing exactly where I could be hiding ^ ^). Additional Information: I mentioned whoreson and his decision with Azrael's Name change, would want to add that if I worded it somehow wrongly, I don't find whoreson's decision as somehow dumb or retarded, quite the contrary, really forgiving and open.
