Explain why you were PK'd: NHC Ordered PK, on "desertion". Why should you be un-PK'd?: Well first let me explain the situation. So, I was fired by Lothar Kuhn (Lentz) from my position as the Military Intelligence Chief for the Military (Which I can provide the announcement) and recently today I got back on to transfer from the Military into the Landespolizei in an attempt to help them revive the faction. On the same day, Lentz, Sharp, and Coffee entered the MOI, ordering me to follow them in regards to my desertion. I obviously denied following them, as I explained to them I was clearly fired from my Position as the Military Intelligence Chief. After, I was detained by Lentz inside the MOI dragged to the ICC and brought into Tower's office filled with multiple enlisted individuals and generals where I was instantly called a retard by lentz asking me why I deserted, alongside the screaming of random enlisted individuals during a meeting with Tower just lacking any type of professionalism during the situation of the Perma-Kill on my CO char. Then I proceeded to tell him that I did not require his approval to transfer due to it being a known fact that I am allowed to transfer once I am terminated from my position in the Military. Tower attempted to make me use my microphone to say "I am sorry" which I refused, as I did not wish to use my microphone. Therefore he ordered me to be placed on a wall, and shot. Overall, I did not desert at all which was the main reason I suspect for my death to be NHC Ordered. Additional Information: This is the picture of lentz's announcement in MGD announcements of him firing me from my position as MGD chief.

Hi @Dharocks Thank you for taking the time to make a PK appeal. The situation around this PK is a bit loose, but, going forward, I would advise that you don't start firing upon a vehicle. Even if the occupants inside are not "damaged" by the gunfire -- shooting at the vehicle is still initiating a gunfight as if the vehicle takes enough damage it will explode and kill the occupant. That being said, this PK did not fully adhere to our PK guidelines and so this appeal is accepted. Appeal: Accepted Thread: Locked

@zruzxe, I warned you in your last appeal that any further infractions will see to another permanent ban with little chance of appeal. Given that this was more than a simple "RDM", as you massacred everyone in the LAPO station, the permanent ban has been reinstated. You may not appeal again until 4/20/26. You not only RDM'd me, but over the period of 5+ hours I had reports of you engaging in tomfoolery about 10 times. Given the fact you was only just unpermabanned I fully -1 this appeal.

Hello, As you know, you were recently unbanned from a permanent ban for RDM. You were unbanned on Sunday, and by Wednesday you repeated the same behavior. Not only did you RDM again, but you committed MRDM across the entire LAPD station. Earlier that day, we had already spoken to you in a staff sit regarding a separate RDM situation. The only reason you were not banned on the spot at that time was because the other player also engaged in revenge RDM. You were given the benefit of the doubt and a clear warning. Despite that, you continued to RDM afterward.
