You're on our server to roleplay, if you got involved in an RP situation and "couldn't tell" because of a circumstance you put yourself in (having music playing on max-boosted volume) then this is your own fault. This is roleplay. People are detained for nonsense reasons all the time. This is why there is a Ministry of Justice, legal system, etc. It is not against our rules for LaPo to detain someone for no reason. Your last ban was on 7/27, not even a full month ago Even if the officer was an error sign, they stated in voice chat that you J-Walked, your arms became bound with a sound effect, and your character began shuffling towards the officer on their own. Not sure what other conclusion could have been made other than that you were being arrested. As @Noobyexplained, if the RP situation needed to be interrupted so you could install our content the proper path to take would have been contacting staff to get permission to disconnect briefly. Instead, the situation turned into LTARP. I want to try and sympathize with you, but almost every argument given in this appeal is nonsense. The ban is upheld as it is valid and therefore a dispute appeal is denied. Given the situation, you may appeal the ban again at your own discretion, but this time, as an "Apology" appeal. That same police officer was an error sign; In which world can you guess that he's a player and not a car? Also, I have the steam packs saved. I just roamed around hoping it'd automatically fixed and left the game. Also, from what you can see, I didn't even pay attention??

I'd say normally when your game is full of bugged textures, you would try and ask for advice in OOC, from staff, or leave the game quickly. Not type 'help I need to piss' in OOC and then run off. Further, the fact you're playing max-boosted volume music is not an excuse, as you can easily not play it and be able to hear people. The way you are choosing to play the game isn't a reason for others to have to shout or type in order for you to hear them. Well, obviously I'd walk around to see what's happening and what's causing the texture packs I was also w/ a playlist on max-boosted volume, please explain how was I supposed to hear him when his voice is that low?? Also, from what i'm seeing; he came up to me and tied me w/ no reasoning...?? (Considering that w/ the fact I "disconnected" in only a second-??) Hello, I am the Moderator who banned you. In the clip I was provided, as well as logs, it is very obvious that you left the server whilst in cuffs, hence the Leaving to Avoid Role Play (LTARP) ban. This, alongside your previous offenses of similar actions, resulted in the 5 day ban. Further, the clip shows that you had plenty of time since you joined to realise your textures were faulty and leave the server, but instead you walked around and got detained. You had time to realise you were being detained and talked to, as you clearly turned towards the LaPo who was detaining you. Logs mentioned before:

- 1 You'd need to add said faces to every single factions models, or limit female / black models to only ever wearing civi / suit stuff it's just impractical.

-1 The whole reason why "black" or "Female" models are not used is because of how people are now a days. If you take in the fact that this community is already disliking people with female voices or the fact people are trying to abuse the asian model to be black just to minge is the whole reason why we don't use the models.

For example ensuring that PK Guidelines are followed by players when requesting them and promotion cooldowns to prevent Metagaming . Other responsibilities of being on the Staff Team include seamlessly aiding roleplay without interruption. On this day I had been having a very difficult time and I hopped on the server as a distraction from what was happening in my life. When I was taken to the MOI I had been dming a friend as they were tasked with questioning me and we were laughing about how funny it was that he was assigned to me. It was then decided that I’d either be taken to trial or sign a confession. I recently had a character PK’d for a confession I signed when threatened with death (I was brand new to RP at the time and I had zero clue about the rules). The confession sat idle for about 3 weeks before I was PK’d. This made me worry as I had put so much effort into my previous characters role within the military before they were PK’d and I had been working my way back up the ranks to get back into a position where I could be aiding in the bettering of the military. I didn’t want this to happen again and I was just trying to keep my mind occupied on gmod and escape from reality momentarily, so I DM’d my friend to break me out of the MOI. I did not realise the extent of which they would go but yes, the bottom line is that I asked them to break me out. I broke the rules. I realise now how serious this is and I’d truly like to apologise to everyone involved and the fallout which followed. I was not in the right frame of mind last night to be playing gmod and I know now that I should have logged off hours before this occurred. I am truly sorry for my actions and I am learning my own limitations and when to simply just close gmod and do something else. Thank you. Additional Information:
