While I acknowledge that this action may have been perceived as disruptive, it does not seem to constitute a permanent kill, especially not without a proper process or due consideration of intent. The circumstances surrounding this PK were not entirely clear to me, and it seems that the decision may have been made without proper due process within roleplay, I saw 0 of the evidence against my character on its death. Why should you be un-PK'd?: There are several reasons why I believe my PK should be overturned. First and foremost, the justification for the PK appears to be weak and without full larp. While I understand that dropping Dieterjacks might be seen as a disruptive act, it is difficult to justify a permanent character death solely based on this action, especially when it was not completely roleplayed within a court. If dropping items such as Dieterjacks was considered a serious offense, with it being a first time criminal act and with it not going through a court of any kind, in this case, the decision to immediately PK me without a trial or proper escalation seems unjust and excessive. Furthermore, I would like to emphasize that the image provided on my PK does not directly involve my character, it does not inherently justify a PK. A picture alone lacks crucial context, such as the specific circumstances, and whether any laws were explicitly violated was not discovered because there was no trial. It is essential to consider the broader context rather than basing such a severe punishment on a single poser. If my actions were truly deemed problematic, a more reasonable course of action would have been a trial PK, where I would have been given the opportunity to defend myself. Additionally, the decision to PK me without a proper trial seems to contradict the standard procedures for handling such cases. The permanent removal of a character is one of the most severe forms of punishment in roleplay especially this setting with a co liberal government and a crow. Without a trial or proper review process, the decision appears arbitrary, and I believe it sets a precedent that allows people to just kill people with little justification, and killing someone with so much to lose over a photo is strange. Lastly, I would like to stress that I have always aimed to engage with the larp in a way that is constructive for everyone involved. However, I strongly believe that the punishment I received was disproportionate and unjustified given the nature and lack of roleplay. Therefore, I respectfully request that my PK be overturned, or at the very least, that a fair review of the situation be conducted to ensure that the decision was made in accordance with the established rules and desired standards of the community. . If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: I have recieved one note for RDM and a couple other bans all from more then a year ago, I would explain them, but frankly i wouldnt be able to tell you the first thing about them. I was a Administrator on Gaminglight policerp for around 6 months, was also Senior Administrator on a medium player count server a good bit of years ago, couldnt remember the name if my life depended on it. I was also a senior moderator on Prometheus around 1 month and 2 weeks ago, I was removed due to metagame and having a fair amount of previous staff infractions, this removal was justified and 100% reasonable. However this removal and my time off was a huge learning experience to me, and I have learned from what I did and I can only expand off the mistakes I made so it wont happen again. Mistakes can only teach. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I have a great understanding of the rules, my time spent on this server has only increased my knowledge of the rules more and more, Ive been actively larping on this server for years, in which in my time I was staff for a good bit of months, even though i was removed, I expanded what i knew while in staff greatly, and have learned a exceedingly amount about how the server works. I have also had a incredible amount of experience in RP. I have served in a very high amount of command spots, such as dept chiefs, being a General around 6-7 times, serving in ministries. All giving me a great amount of knowledge on how the server works. When in staff sits, I am always able to keep cool minded, never getting upset or heated. During my time as staff, I never managed to lose my cool, flip out, or be one sided. I always handled sits very maturely and with competence. My activity as staff was typically steady. There was a short period of time where I had a issue with quota, but I have learned not to wait until Sunday expecting to get a good 30 tickets while all the other staff members are gnawing on them. Besides that I always met quota and was active in game. I always always able to be on late, assisting the few amount of staff members that would be on at that time if any. During my time in staff and out of it, I have always knew to not be biased no matter what, as it is completely unfair to the other player. I have always knew the importance of helping players to actually understanding the rules, instead of just booting them for 2 weeks, or else how could they possibly fix their mistakes? What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: As a Moderator, the main idea would be enforcing the rules of the server, assisting players with any ooc needs, or some ic needs like uniform etc, and being a help to the community. Moderating, one of the main things I would be doing is, moderating, whether that is watching over big rp scenarios to make sure that it doesn't get interrupted by a player there to be a nagging minge. Also watching over for incoming tickets of people needing assistance, it is important to get there timely so they're not stuck they're waiting forever, which would give off a bad representation of staff which hopefully nobody wants. Another responsibility of all staff is making sure that players get a good understanding of the rules, whether they just committed RDM, they have a question, or your simply discussing it with them, its important they know so they dont make a mistake and get punished for something they weren't aware of. Setting up recruits into departments, promotions, questions, uniform changes, players thinking they can just change they're face, all are things that could come up with staff. Its your job as a Moderator to handle the basics of being staff. It is important as a moderator that you promote a good representation of staff, and never ruin the image of staff, such as being un noclipped outside the staff room, interacting with people in rq scenarios, etc. I have made those mistakes, but it was important that I learned from them, which I know I did. He takes me to KaiserGuard base and then tries to force me to join KiaserGuard. I say and I am executed and banned. Additional Information: They stole all of my things valued around 1000 Deusthmarks.

Then a unit of KaiserGuard storms the LaPo garage and ties me up, I say "Why am I being tied up", the Kaiserguard officer says you will see. So they take me to the KaiserGuard Base and put me on a wall, I then say am I going to be executed the KaiserGuard officer continues to say you'll see. He says that if I join KaiserGuard that I will not be executed. I say no. I then proceed to get shot by at least 5 KaiserGuard. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I think I should get un-PK'd because they just stormed the LaPo garage tied me up, and then tried to force me to join KaiserGuard. Additional Information: They stole all of my things on my chracter, valued around 1000 DeustchMarks.
