I do agree with this in someway however there were between 7-9 staff members on at the time, I hadn't been on my staff char for a good while and only hopped on because I heard him under the reichstag and secondly I recall 0 interactions with this member of the community previously.

Hi, I was the staff that banned you, some context of the situation for the UA. Hi, I was the one that PKed you. As stated by both myself and Vixx in the sit you were PKed for your blatant disregard for your own life. You were running around the Senate Chamber with armed guards chasing you, and started untying people who were under guard, its not something anyone valuing their life would do and is why you were PKed.

Hi, I was the Administrator that approved the PK. Even if you died due to a glitch you still died, you still for some reason started a gunfight killing a Lapo CO infront of multiple members of the Lapo in the lobby of their station. This could of simply been resolved if you just left the station not by killing someone and starting this gunfight.

Hi, you were in an active roleplay situation at the time and were getting demoted by a General Ranking Officer the chances of that coinciding with a 'DDOS' attack are extremely unlikely especially due to the fact that you rejoined 50 seconds later (seen in the picture attached). You also have a history of LTAPing and you state in your appeal that you left the server and this is also shown in the logs. Hi I was watching the situation and you left after checking logs as seen in the attached picture your reason for leaving was Disconnect by User if it was that you crashed then it would say you would of timed out. You also state that you crashed and said that your "CPU fan literaly sounds like a jet" meaning your reason for crashing would be your PC overheating which would of resulted in a black screen meaning you wouldn't be able to immediately rejoin. I have also checked that there was no large dupes placed at the time of your disconnect that would result in your crash. +1 I have known Bigmike for a couple of years now and I do not believe that he would try and crash the server and believe that this was fully an accident on his part.

Hi, I was the one that handled the PK and then got it approved by JimmyJr. Although you claim that the shot is accidental and you had no intent to start a gunfight your intent is not what is the problem it is the impact of it. You still fired a shot which hit a member of the military in front of other members of the military which constitutes a gunfight. It doesn't matter if it is deliberate or accidental you just simply need to learn trigger discipline. As also shown in the clip you continue to aim at the NCO and even aim in which to others signals that you are most likely going to do another shot.
