The NSB came to the gate to serve a PCO on an Feldjager, they then forced entry into the ICC resulting in an enlisted being detained by myself, the NSB then forced themselves further into the BB attempting to find myself which they failed, at no point did they get my name, just a simple description being that I was Male 09 officer in the Heer, with an MP28. We then executed two members of the NSB at the back of the BB with no witnesses, I then disposed of the bodies in a Citroen Truck, and was soon shortly captured, taken to the LF changing rooms and shot. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I believe I should be unPKed due to the lack of evidence and roleplay surrounding my death. As shown in this clip there was a minute between the Korpsleiter showing up and my death, they didn't attempt to dossier, extract information, try and use dirt on me to make me a spy or perform really any roleplay around my detainment other than my death even when the Korpsleiter himself said he wanted the Generalmajor to go down for what happened. Secondly, they had zero evidence of anything, they didn't even know the NSB individuals were dead only that a gunshot was heard, they didnt even find the body shown by it still being here after my PK.

Hi, firstly I would like to state that a PK is not done for a violation of server rules it is done for not valuing ones own life which you did while moving while under gunpoint by two individuals and being told not to move. Hi, I was the staff member that banned you. In my time spectating you as Dingleberry Buudleg and black dih-inass I witnessed you planning a MRDM, not being in character whatsoever, and encouraging over players to LTARP. The first thing you did when you joined the server was create two minge characters, followed by just minging on those characters show clear no intention to roleplay. I also believe after checking your steam account you are some form of alt account.

Hi, I was the staff member that PKed you. Firstly, the clips you attached are not even from yourself as you were already dead before that situation occurred so I have no clue why you have added them. You death was ordered by a member of National High Command originally due to your actions while in the Luftwaffe base in "I wish Whoreson was still GFM so he could fucking PK all of you". Which I was going to check if was a valid enough reason however you then decided to advertise while cuffed in the interrogation room of the BB "[ADVERTISEMENT] Meister Adalhard v. Henry: I am being falsely arrested and dossiered by a enlisted man." which resulted in your PK.

Hi, I was the staff overwatching the PK, approved by Slug. From what I was told the PK was already approved on you and deemed allowed for what you had done, and the only why you'd be able to appeal is on how they killed you. Sadly, I do not have a clip but what occurred was he was taken from the Cells to the Interrogation room and confronted by the Lapo Chief in this conversation the Lapo chief stated he was going to die, they then transported him in a civilian truck with a civilian car behind it to the outskirts of Berlin near summerhall where he was put on a wall and firing lined by the Landespolizei. In my opinion from what I was told "He' gotta at least rp it out a bit, let him know he's gonna die, etc. If he just runs up and kills him in the cells in 5 seconds he'll be able to pk appeal pretty easily" the PK is valid and has opened up the Lapo chief to get PKed back from the Kaisergarde due to the amount of witnesses that could come forward.

However, he wasn't on at the time of PKing so he didn't have a chance to defend himself, after he joined back he made a ticket and showed me the clip, and honestly with it I dont think I would of issued the PK because he shouldnt of ended up in the situation, however he still knowingly broke fearrp so im leaving it up to the UA to decide.

I do agree with this in someway however there were between 7-9 staff members on at the time, I hadn't been on my staff char for a good while and only hopped on because I heard him under the reichstag and secondly I recall 0 interactions with this member of the community previously.

You were driving under the Reichstag in which I picked up your vehicle and threw it out, you then stated "Thomas, come on is it really that big of a deal", I at no point spoke to you, or would you have any way of knowing that I was the one doing it, which shows you have some form of ESP or other cheat this was then reaffirmed when your defence was "i might have picked it up subliminally".
