His main job is to protect the Prator in different situations. He stays close during city movements, takes part in important movements like the VIP diamond, and guards the Prator’s office. In the office, he takes up key positions to keep an eye on everything. This setup gives the best chance to spot any threats. IC Name: Sean Galler Rank: NSB-Polizeiinspektor Overview: Sean recently joined the NSB and is now with the GSD. He’s on the ground making sure his team stays organized and works efficiently, while working closely with the higher-ups. He serves warrants, writes PCOs, NDAs, dossiers, and handles other day to day tasks. He’s also heavily involved in recruitment, making sure all new recruits are competent and, as the Prator asked, ALL must be German. How long have you been roleplaying?: 4 years Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: I have received three bans on my time in the server My bans are for LTAP I have not been banned in a year also and one ban was for something I said that was not fair to Hounds Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? I’ve had a fair bit of staff experience across different servers and games. I started out in Garry’s Mod and worked my way from Trial Moderator up to Community Manager on three servers. That’s where I learned how to handle player reports, deal with arguments, and work properly with other staff without things getting messy. After that I moved to FiveM, starting again as a Moderator and later becoming an Admin. I also did some development work on a few servers, which helped me understand how servers run, how exploits work, and how cheaters try to get around systems. Because of that, I was usually good at spotting and dealing with rule-breakers quickly and calmly.I’ve also had a previous term on Prom. I did make a mistake during that time, but I owned it and learned from it fast. It helped me understand what’s expected from staff and how important it is to follow procedures and act professionally.I also moderated a PvE Rust server, but there wasn’t much going on there so it didn’t really feel like proper staff work. I’m looking for a server where I can actually be active, help players, and contribute to the staff team properly. I understand that some of that is off topic but all of it is in a similar bract as in VDM and all that Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe I would be a strong addition to the Prometheus Network Staff Team because I’ve been part of the server for a long time and know the community well. Over time I’ve built good relationships with a lot of players, especially in Berlin, which helps when dealing with issues because people are more willing to talk and cooperate. At the same time, I’m comfortable handling situations with players I don’t know and always treat everyone fairly. I’m a calm and patient person, even in tense situations. If someone is being rude or upset, I don’t let it affect how I act. My main goal is always to resolve the situation properly and professionally. If a player is confused about rules or what they should be doing, I take the time to explain it clearly so they actually understand, instead of just giving short answers. I’ve had previous staff experience, so I already understand what is expected from a staff member and how important professionalism is. Because of that, I believe I would need very little training and could start helping the team straight away. I’m also very active on the server and play across both EU and EST time zones. Since I’m mainly in the EU time zone, I can help cover tickets during quieter hours when the server isn’t at its peak. That means there will still be staff available even when fewer staff members are online, which I think is important for keeping the server running smoothly and supporting players at all times. I’m genuinely interested in learning more about the staff role and improving my knowledge of the server rules. I’ve had positive interactions with most of the current staff team and think I’d work well with them, as we all share the same goal of keeping the community fair and enjoyable. I also understand that upper administration decisions are final and that respecting the staff hierarchy is important. I’m willing to follow instructions, respect higher staff members, and represent Prometheus Network in a mature and responsible way. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: In my opinion, the main responsibility of a Moderator is to keep the server fair and enjoyable for everyone. Staff are important because they make sure rules are followed, problems are dealt with properly, and players feel supported while they’re on the server. Without active staff, things would quickly get messy and the quality of roleplay would drop. A Moderator’s job includes responding to tickets, looking into reports like RDM, VDM, fail roleplay, or other rule breaks, and taking action based on what actually happened. It’s important to stay neutral and not let friendships or personal opinions affect decisions. Another big part of the role is dealing with conflicts between players. This means listening to both sides, staying calm, and explaining decisions in a clear way so players understand what they did wrong and how to improve. Helping new players is also important, whether that’s explaining rules, mechanics, or how roleplay works on the server. Moderators also need to watch general behaviour, like mic spamming, harassment, or people trying to push the rules. Even in difficult situations, staff should stay respectful and professional, since they represent the server. Overall, the role is about supporting the community and keeping the server a good place to play. Notes: Thank you for reading

Hi Slug, Yes, absolutely. I chose to leave that out because, in hindsight, I find it immature and embarrassing on my behalf. I was having a very difficult day at the time, but that does not excuse speaking to people in that manner. I began my time with you and later moved on to gain additional experience. Along the way, I learned from my mistakes and have grown significantly since then. My behavior in that instance was a poor decision on my part, and I take full responsibility for it. I can confidently say that I have matured both personally and professionally since that time, and I am a much better person because of those lessons.

Sadly I was out of city for a little bit sorting out my old development roles (that I have now quit) and have fully returned to our lovely server. I also have spent most of my time working with the general of the LAPO as his major helping it grow

I am active on both. Did anyone from the Recruitment Team assist you in making your application?: Vixx. Staff Recommendations (Sponsors will be asked to verify): N/A Basic Information Section IC Character names, ranks, and brief overview of their duties/everyday activities in a list format: NSB- Polizeiuntermeister Steave Mines Political control and repression Monitoring civilians for anti-German or anti-NSB activity Identifying resistance sympathizers Participating in arrests ordered by higher authorities Arrests and custody duties Detaining suspects under occupation laws Escorting prisoners to holding facilitie Guard duty at prisons or interrogation sites Polizeiinspektor Sean Galler Administrative leadership Supervising junior officers or constables Managing case files and security dossiers Implementing directives from higher security authorities Arrests and interrogations Detaining suspects under security laws Conducting interrogations, often without civilian court involvement Typical Daily Activities Meetings with informants or military contacts Field inspections or surveillance assignments Interrogations or report writing Coordination with regional commanders How long have you been roleplaying?: 4 years Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: I have received Three Bans during my time on the server, and no Notes. My Bans are for LTAP. I have not received a Ban in over a year and a half. Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? I have extensive past staff experience across multiple games and communities. I started in Garry’s Mod, where I worked my way up from Trial Moderator to Community Manager on three different servers. This gave me a strong foundation in moderation, conflict resolution, and managing both staff teams and player communities. I later moved to FiveM, beginning again as a Moderator and progressing to Admin. During my time on FiveM, I became a developer for multiple servers. This experience helped me understand server side issues, exploit abuse, and how cheaters operate. This allowed me to identify and stop rule-breaking effectively. A large part of my role across these servers was dealing with cheaters and disruptive players, I consistently handled these situations quickly and professionally. I have also moderated a PvE Rust server, but I found it lacking in engagement as there was very little active moderation required. I am looking for a server that presents real challenges and allows me to be actively involved. I understand that some of that is off topic but all of it is in a similar bract as in VDM and all that Malarkey. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe I would be a strong addition to the Prometheus Network Staff Team because I have been part of the server for a long time and have built good relationships with many players, particularly within Berlin. This familiarity helps when resolving issues, as communication is often smoother when there is already mutual understanding and respect. I am also equally confident handling situations involving players I do not know. I remain calm, patient, and level-headed in hasty or tense situations, I am able to deal with problems correctly and professionally even when players are being rude or difficult. If a player is unsure of what to do, I take the time to clearly explain things so they can understand and move forward. With my prior staff experience, I am already familiar with the responsibilities and expectations that come with a staff role so would need very little training. From observing and working alongside other staff members, I am confident in my ability to step into the position and perform the role correctly from the outset. I am also very active on the server across both EU and EST time zones, so availability would never be an issue when it comes to handling tickets or assisting players. Finally, I am genuinely excited to learn more about the staff role, gain a deeper understanding of the server rules, and I have met most of the current staff team and have only had positive interactions so I believe I would work well alongside them since we share the same goals and intentions. I also understand that what UA say goes and there is no tolerance for not doing as they say, also must respect the higher staff members of the team What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: The duties and responsibilities of a Moderator include maintaining a fair, enjoyable, and well structured environment for all players on the server. Staff members are a huge part of the server’s foundation as they ensure rules are upheld, conflicts are handled correctly, and players feel supported during their time in the game. Without active moderation, the quality of roleplay and overall player experience would quickly decline. A Moderator’s main responsibility is to enforce server rules in a calm, unbiased, and professional manner. This includes responding to player tickets, investigating reports such as RDM, VDM, fail roleplay, or other rule violations, and taking appropriate action based on the evidence shown. It is important that decisions are made fairly, regardless of personal relationships or prior interactions with the players involved. Another key responsibility is conflict resolution. Many situations can be resolved easily with clear communication and patience. A Moderator should be able to deal with tense situations, listen to all sides of a dispute, and explain rulings in a simple way. This helps prevent repeating issues and encourages players to learn from their mistakes rather than feel punished unfairly. Moderators are also expected to guide and assist newer players. This can include explaining server mechanics, roleplay expectations, or rules they may not fully understand. By doing this, staff help improve the overall standard of roleplay on the server and encourage player retention. In addition to handling reports, Moderators must monitor general server behaviour. Including, addressing disruptive actions such as mic spamming, mingling, harassment, or intentional rule bending. Staff members should always remain calm, respectful, and professional, even when dealing with difficult or rude individuals, as they are seen as role models within the community. Overall, it is not just about enforcing rules, but about supporting the community, promoting positivity, and ensuring that everyone can enjoy a fair and immersive roleplay experience. Notes: I am thinking about streaming for promo of the server.

Introduction Information Section Steam Name: THE G MAN SteamID32: STEAM_0:0:714442903 Username/ID: bond_12 Timezone: GMT Age: 17 Time Played (check with !time): 2 weeks (before wipe) Your current rank(User/Donator/Trusted): Donator Do you have a mic & will you use it?: YES Are you consistently active on the forums and server?: YES Did anyone from the Recruitment Team assist you in making your application?: NO Staff Recommendations (Sponsors will be asked to verify): Basic Information Section IC Character names, ranks, and brief overview of their duties/everyday activities in a list format: Vlad Galler, Leutnant, he's a feldjäger so the police of the military and we will arrest people who are committing crimes. Josh Galler, Major, Chef der Gardekorps my job is to direct men to be the best guards possible to keep the IM safe at all times, host meeting, make documents and make sure to keep them active. How long have you been roleplaying?: 1 year Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: I have two bans / 2024-03-16 17:17:59 2023-09-22 18:35:57 I cant remember what the 2023 one was as it was so long ago. But the ban on 03-2024 was for LTAP. The way this should have been dealt with would have been to appeal caught trial with the higher caught, what happened I transfer out of KG and the I didn't have papers so I went back to the KG and the NSB had an outdated warrant and took me to caught anyway, and they wanted to put me back in the KG at a LOW rank. Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? None but I understand how it all works Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe I should be accepted for the Prometheus Network Staff Team because; I've been on the server for quite some time now and have got to know a decent amount of people who play in Berlin! I think this is a good aspect as if I'm trying to deal with people I already know or they know it should go smoother if it's a major problem. Following on from that even if I did not know the players I'm dealing with I am good in hasty situations and I feel like I could deal accordingly plus correctly even if the players are being rude, or just upright minges, as well as calm and patient so if a player is in need and can't quite understand what he needs to do i can lay it out for them so they understand it. From experience watching other staff members perform their duties I feel like I can pick it up quickly and correctly with the right mentoring as such. I am very active on the server EU as well as EST so there will be no problems with me on times when I can come on and take tickets. Most importantly overall I feel like I should be picked for staff because I am excited to learn more on what the staff do whilst active, and understand the server rules more and pick up on the little things! I have met most of the staff team in the past and only had good interactions to be honest I feel that me and the staff team would get along really well as we all have the same intentions. Learning new things is always something I seek in the day to day things so I am always open for advice and help when it’s needed. Thanks The G Man.. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: Personnel are a pivotal aspect of every server. They serve as the foundation and the pillar of support for the server. They are the driving force behind players' interest in the server and their profound enjoyment of it. They maintain order and prevent situations from escalating. They act as the enforcers of regulations on the server; furthermore, they are the primary mediators of conflicts. Personnel assist everyone in enhancing their role-playing encounters without causing any detriment. They are required to exhibit maturity, discipline, and respect consistently. Personnel will engage in routine tasks such as assisting with player kills, managing promotions/demotions, VDM RDM and various other responsibilities. They are expected to offer guidance whenever needed and steer individuals in the right direction. They should maintain a cheerful demeanor, even in challenging circumstances. They are also responsible for deterring individuals engaged in disruptive behaviors like mingling and mic spamming Personnel are regarded as role models by everyone and it is essential for them to foster positive relationships with the player community.
