deleted the char already

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I believe I should be un-PK'd as this entire situation wasn't given any time to simmer. I sent my resignation around 2 hours before being PK'd, and was then instructed to meet with the Field Marshal at 5 PM. Sometime around 3 PM, I hopped on the server and my character was banned, with no DM or explanation sent to me at all. This seems wholly false, and a very feasible RP interaction if done properly in game. It just seems to me that they didn't want to bother attempting anything, and so they just PK'd me to end the issue. After speaking with Prime in a sit, I was told that I wasn't responding and that I didn't inform people prior. For responding, I was inactive during the night as I was at a restaurant alongside shoveling the driveway after, but when I came back I messaged the group chats and responded around 9 PM. About the informing, this I agree with, as I should've provided prior warning to people, however it doesn't seem like a reason to just fully eradicate the character for. This would've been resolved in RP, and if my death was dished out in game I would've had no complaints with it, as it would've been a properly served PK. Additional Information: My resignation letter thanked the field marshal and I don't believe there was any in RP reason to PK me after checking the guidelines (no grief, no fearrp, not last resort, etc).

Considering the MOI assistance coming I thought we could make it out in the end. They opened fire on the vehicle after really no attempt to detain us other than shouting (not even surrounding us), and didn't really try anything else to stop us (shooting legs, closing the gate, shooting tires, surrounding the car). I'm not saying that he edited the clip either, I think he just took it right as the car exploded instead of a little after, which was when he actually said it. About the Gendarmerie guy you brought, he said he had a clip on the radio after I asked if anyone had any. I guess he just didn't have one of the situation, but if you want he could stream his clips and show you the ones within the server since he might have some around the PK.

All of the Gendarmerie there and many members of the army could testify that he did say this. I reasonably thought I could get out of the situation in the truck, as we were clearing quite a bit and there were a lot of members of the MOI coming to assist us. I also don't think this was a last resort, as the military could've just shot the tires and we would've been immobilized. Additional Information: The Luftwaffe General's clip cuts off right before the black screen for us, which was when he shouted PK. (If any of you have clips, I'd appreciate it a lot if you dropped them in the comments here)
