If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: I have 4 previous notes: May 12th: RDM June 7th: GR 1 July 26th: Prop Abuse July 28th: RDM Then one previous ban: July 12th: GR1, which was pushed to a permanent based off of an accidental alt, which I appealed. After these notes, I realized I needed to change my behavior and how I roleplayed. Since then I have learned and have been on my best behavior. As for ways I could have acted differently, I allowed myself to lash out in non-roleplay standards, which I have learned from. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team? [300 words or more]: I would be a strong addition to the Prometheus Networks staff team as I am active on the server almost every day, and I’m willing to learn. I take accountability very seriously and understand I have made mistakes in the past. I am not trying to dispute these mistakes, however I have learned from these and grown as a roleplayer and person. Furthermore, I recognize how crucial fast staff response times are to keeping roleplay running smoothly and uninterrupted. I hold a complete understanding now of the rules and guidelines, and believe I can bring them forward as a member of the staff team. Being a part of the staff team of Prometheus Networks is more than having more permissions or being able to enforce guidelines. Staff often deal with many types of situations, from questions to disputes to reports and they need to keep a cool head when it comes to these types of situations. I know that being a staff member is not just about punishing people but also about keeping things under control and making sure everyone can continue roleplaying without any issues. As a staff member, I would stay calm and collected, as every staff member should be. I would not let my friendship or knowing of the person involved to cloud my judgement. My approach is to resolve sits strictly by the rules while completely avoiding arguments. Instead of making the situation worse. I would focus on calming most situations down and not causing unnecessary conflict, this would apply to my staff performance. I completely recognize that being a staff member means holding myself to a certain and high standard of competency, and I am ready to meet that expectation. Since my last application I have been trying my best to improve. I made mistakes recently but they were not on purpose and I have made sure not to repeat them. As staff represent the server, they are expected to have a deep understanding of the server rules and hold complete professionality. [150 Words or more]: The job of a staff member is to deal with problems in a fair way without making things worse. This means listening to people solving fights between players and making sure that rules are followed properly. Staff members are not just there to give punishment, but to also help players learn and understand the rules so they can get better at roleplaying. A staff member must know the server rules well and use them the same way every time. Their choices must be fair, not influenced by feelings and they should follow the rules set by Prometheus Networks. It is also important to be ready to help when players need something. Staff members are expected to be examples and not break the rules themselves. They should not use their powers as a staff member to portray any unprofessionalism. Also staff should be patient when working with players who are new and help make a friendly space where people can have fun with roleplaying without problems.

I've spent like 20 minutes looking at the profile page but I just can't figure out how to change it. Is it even possible?

Description of the idea: What if instead of just businesses, citizens can RP as Richters, but not in a faction. Why should this be added?: It would add deeper roleplay, an option for people who don't want to be in the Polizeigericht What negatives could this have?: Less Richters in the Sicherheits-Polizeigericht Additional information: Civilian Richters: I know Judge outfits exist within the Prometheus models, and younger Richters who don't want to be in the Sicherheits-Polizeigericht may apply to be judges as civilians, and maybe having a sign up test from a more experienced Richter. This would raise Richter numbers, which is often a problem when the NSB or the future ABI need to trial someone and no Richters are in the city. More Richters, less wait time. They will have to have the Richter role so they can get pinged, but they will not be listed as a faction on the leaderboard.(They could also wear suits if Judge models are not available. I also don't know if the Sicherheits-Polizeigericht will exist in MITHC but it should still apply)

Don't know how much to believe this guy but I've been in situations where I've made bad decisions after a bad day. Not as often recently, but it does happen. I'm not sure as to give him a + or - because my feelings on this are mixed, but take the highlighted text into account.

+1 Seems genuine, the ban was 2 years ago, and MITHC does spark a lot of people's interest. If he was just a normal minge he would've never thought about this server again after the ban.

I haven't considered that the OB will be a thing when we switch to MITHC. We will definitely be losing some factions like the Panzers and LAPO. Don't know about OB though.

-1 Sounds insincere. I don't believe when he says he shares his account with his family I believe he was trying to avoid a ban. This appeal should be denied.

I see where you are coming from, I admit that at first, my emotional response was not justified. It was quite difficult for me to deal with the permaban, but I understand that if I want to be a member of the staff team, then in any situation I have to remain calm. Recently, I have been trying my best to overcome this issue and simply become a reliable part of the community. I have re-read all the rules to be more confident, and now my focus is to help people and improve the server.
