Denied You ran from someone that made it clear you were under gun point and under arrest. When under gun point you are under fear RP and can be PK'd for not complying with FearRP.

Accepted To clarify when your character is actively mining, other people can try to interact with you, There is no special protections for people AFK doing an action like AFK fishing. although any player trying to do so should be trying to properly RP if they are mugging / detaining you. make a ticket next time if you believe someone is breaking the rules instead of just leaving and rejoining

You have to keep in mind that when you character is physically still in the server and you are mining(not afk), someone can try to interact with you and end up tying you up. Especially if you aren't defending your self. This is your responsibility, I will accept you appeal since you didn't understand this. Accepted

I was the staff member that ended up banning you and your friend. First off - You knew exactly what you were doing and you were not afk, In the clip you can clearly see you coming back life and see on your screen that you were tied, Seeing the player tie up your friend. You start to back away and make a break for it. Once the player starts to catch up to you in-order to grab you. That's when you decided to leave the game. Then your friend promptly did the same, Rejoining the game all within a few minutes. To answer your second point, If there is only 8 - 10 people on the server there is no "down time" / "no point to roleplay because no ones on". Actually id argue that its even worse to ruin someone's roleplay during these lower pop times, because it is challenging already to initiate decent roleplay or find players to interact with. another UA member will make a decision on this appeal.

This is when I made the judgment that you were not fit to play on the servers, as you have an extensive pattern of repeatedly breaking rules. Hello, I was the staff member who banned you. To clarify, I watched you and your friend run up to three different individuals in front of the bank, you screaming, "LET ME SEE YOUR ID." All three individuals were given less than half a second to process what you were blabbering about before executing them in the street. From the OOC message you said, I assumed another staff member had already deleted your prop, so I took you into a sit room to explain that you can't prop fly and prop perms are strictly for serious RP situations. I gave you a warning and sent you back about your day. 15 minutes later, I return to my PC to see you in front of the Reichstag, using your phsygun to laser people across the map towards the bank, and whatnot to instigate them to come over, a staff member passes by you after you do it to him. He verbally warns you "If you do that again ill bring you to a sit" > I thought maybe you would stop screwing around then. Still, instead, you decided to spawn a large plastic panel and paste extremely bright lights and then fling it around in front of random people's faces in front of Lapopo station. Near you, it was clear you had no intent to use the prop permissions properly on our server, so I brought you to a seat and explained I was removing your perms.
